Reviewed By ladolcev638I’m not recommending this hotel at all ,I really upset and mad about the racism of the manager of the hotel , I arrived around 10 pm with my friend we have booked 4 nights ,they didn’t even let us to go inside to the reception the security asked for the reservation so we showed him the confirmation ,he said wait here then he came back he asked for vaccines we showed him then he said ok wait a little he went inside then he back again he said sorry you can’t stay in this hotel , i shocked we said why ? he started to say no reasons then when we start to argue with him to let us go to the reception to see what’s the problem he told us look I’m just a security and the manager he said we don’t accept guys you need to be with girls to can get inside the hotel, I’m not going to club to ask for couples ,i have a confirmed reservation and we don’t have enough money to stay in another hotel because we booked all inclusive in this hotel we have only pocket money so you want us to sleep in street he said it’s not my business stay where ever you want ,So we understand that because we are not from Europe so they didn’t respect us it’s mean we speak same language same religion but unfortunately we don’t accept each other’s i regret that I didn’t call the police in same time I really was tired from that trip ,I traveled aloot and i saw alot but i never saw like these people or rules anywhere . I will not forget-this hotel in whole my life and i will write about it every where in all the pages and i will send emails to all travel agencies that i know in every country that i visit i will not forgot how i was struggling in that cold night on street till i found another hotel .

really amazing place
Reviewed By Stay42338277006Very clean lovely hotel. Friendly people and good food with lots of choice for every person and taste. the animation is amazing to . I would really recommend it .For the excursions outside i would recommend Ali nearby the restaurant. Oh and dont forget the very friendly waiter from the theesalon.

Reviewed By annastoykovaWe enjoyed our stay at Hasdrubal Prestige Djerba a lot! We had the most beautiful view from our huge terrace to the pool area and to the sea. Our room was huge, super well equipped, and very comfortable. The hotel has a great SPA, many outdoor pools and the beach is right in front of it. We also enjoyed the food at their restaurant, they also offer some vegan options. This place is absolutely perfect for families, couples, and friends!

Our guest house is located on the first line of the sea, 200 m from a beautiful beach which has remained wild and preserved on the west coast of the island of Djerba. We have a large outdoor swimming pool. The property consists of 3 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom, wc, 1 bed 160 and 1 extra bed of 90 as well as a private terrace the whole on 35 m2. 1 suite 4 people, living room, bathroom, wc, including 2 bedrooms, one for children, with private terrace sea view. For your relaxation, a solarium on the terrace with sea view. Our excursions office offers: massages and treatments Faces, hairdresser at home. But also hiking in 4/4 and quad, rides in horse-drawn carriages or on horseback, promenade in sea and jet ski. We are in formula bed in breakfast and we propose for the evening meal a table of hosts with supplement.
Beautiful relaxing place away from the tourist crowds
Reviewed By Jameela DWe spent 3 nights at dar chick Yahya and everything was absolutely lovely. The room for 5 people was very spacious and clean the bathroom with shower was adequate and the AC units in each room worked perfectly. The communal space is spacious and clean the pool is the best way to spend the hot days. The nearby beach is indeed untouched and there are very few people. The view is incredible from the property. I totally recommend this place. One major thing to note however: the property is very isolated and therefore you will absolutely need to take the car out for every meal (breakfast is served on site). Nearby restaurants vary in price and quality (avoid the nearest Sunset Park). It is a bit of a hassle to have to drive far at every meal because of the extreme heat in the summer and the owner does offer dinner on order. It is home made and delicious but comes at a hefty price of 30 dinars per person ( for a family of 5 it quickly adds up). I still would recommend the place but do keep this in mind. The owners were charming and welcoming and very nice.

Reviewed By Fra_BukIf you are not a fan of big fancy hotels (of which Djerba is full of), then Dar Lola is the place to go! Right at the entrance of the medina of Houmt Souk, this beautiful guesthouse has a lovely entrance, few quiet rooms (all color coded!) and a wonderful rooftop where you can chill while stargazing. Most probably you will be welcomed by Chayma, who is one of the greatest hosts I’ve ever had. She is nice and super helpful for everything you may need - from tips on where to go to restaurants and places to rent cars. Chayma also let us use the kitchen to cook dinner few nights, which was very nice of her!

Somebody from stuff stealed money from our room
Reviewed By DomkabalOur stay on this hotel was litle disappointing. Most of the stuff care about French clientele only even if it's offered to other countries too. If you are not French you feel like a second category client. Animation team is solid, very good quality of evening shows(all in French ofc), but not being French you are not even invited to them. Twice we were even asked by chef animator to leave from show 'Because we wont understand anyway'. Sad, because we payed for our vacation just like every other guest of this hotel. Well sadly even more... First day of our stay somebody from stuff stealed 60 euros from our room(closed bags and closed valets) while we stayed at the pool. Thief did not take all of our money, probably expected we don't know how much money we carry. Attempt to solve the robbery with the reception wasn't very successful. Very bad English, they never apologized and basicly said it's our problem because we did not use safe which is for payed extra. At the end with help of our delegator and after arguing with arrogant receptionist, chef of reception and some other people we got safe for free and new, safer room , as the first one was close to open window from office room for stuff and was easy to access our balcony from there which that thief probably did.(We found out balcony door are possible to open from outside even if closed. How safe...) Food is very good, pool is nice, beach is beautiful, WiFi very poor and rooms so so. But when you're not feeling very welcome and experience robbery first day of your stay its difficult to enjoy your stay to fullest. I don't really recommend this hotel and will never visit it again.

Reviewed By Pumpkin_ciccioThe hotel has a lot of local character, with rooms around a lovely atmospheric courtyard decorated by bougainvilleas and aromatic plants in beautiful pots. It is also very well situated, right in the middle of Houmt Souk, perfect for visiting the village and witness local life away from the big touristy hotels. The room had comfortable beds and was nicely decorated. Staff was lovely and breakfast was simple but always served with a nice smile.

Reviewed By Nesrin79That's the worst place I visit in Djerba I really made a mistake that I book in this place cause I trust what they wrote about in booking.com and I trust the pictures then I'm really sad & disappointed. They are putting nice pictures & described the hotel in a good manner but the truth is totally different. They inform me that there is no toilet in the room & instead there is a public toilet for all the residents female & another one for male then there is no AC the room looks like steam room too hot & humid you must keep the window open to have some air in the room. The girl working there is so rude & none stop saying bad words. While next door last year I was in Erriadh hotel & the service & the hotel was much more better. Just an advice to everyone never trust pictures posted on websites it's all fake once. Never recommend this horrible hotel to anyone.

Reviewed By Sana AWe stayed there first week of August 2019. Kids liked the garden. Accommodation is super clean, quiet and cosy. Washing machine made the stay easier as we could wash our clothes regularly and go home with zero laundry. Location is perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, clean budget hotel
Reviewed By MKh350This hotel is kind of different, its still new with spacious rooms more like apartments or studios than hotel rooms, the small studio is 2 rooms. Located in quite area on the sea shore of Djerba, I liked the welcoming kindness of the staff, I really recommend this for families, however you should expect limited hotel services, food or amenities but who cares when getting good price studio with B&B even if the breakfast is very basic services like lunch, dinner, laundry, etc doesn't really matter. The real challenge for this type of hotels is to continue performing on the same level cleanness.
