What was disgusting about the room after we left for the day and came back at night. They re-use the same sheets instead of putting new sheets for our bed. Like really, smh. How dare you guys. Our room was clean and didn't smell like smoke. But with my other family members staying there. Their room smell like smoke when it was a non smoking area. Other than that, the stay was good.

The WORST hotel experience

I’ve never experienced a hotel choosing to change out the mattresses in all the rooms on mutiple floors at 3:00 pm in the afternoon during check in. As a result several guest awaited hours in the lobby for a cleaned room. The elevator was out of order and inaccessible for my Mom who’s in a wheelchair. The rooms strongly smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Management brushed it off my complaints about the condition of the hotel and could care less. You ruined a joyous occasion of a college graduation and I’m furious!!! I’ll be contacting your corporate office regarding this experience.

Noisy fly-specked property in low maintenance, not CPAP-friendly
Reviewed By KevinBtravelsI had recently stayed at Best Western Properties at both Pahrump, NV and Corte Madera, CA. This was my first experience with a SureStay Plus property. I asked for a quiet ground floor room with bath and desk, and ended up with a room directly across the hall from the ground floor ice dispenser and soda can machine. A learning experience for me. A fly-specked pillow was among the pillows we used (we only slept in 1 of the 2 queen beds, so could have been more to find), the bathroom fan appears to be heavily caked with lint and sounds like it is tearing itself apart, the window blinds would not raise or lower, being jammed in their tracks (this, luckily, I was able to fix with the help of my Leatherman). There is 1 nightstand and 2 plugs total between the 2 beds, so if you have multiple guests with CPAPs or who need a nightstand plug or charger on both sides of the bed, well, bring extension cords and/or your own nightstand, the room furniture is bolted down with no nightstands on the other side of the bed. The TV is locked-down DirectTV with no capability for signing into a streaming service as a guest On the plus side, the staff was pleasant, even when they apologized for not having an extra blanket available unless housekeeping was on-property. Beds were good for what they were, although the undersized mattresses will result in barking your shins against the black steel bedframe if you are not quite careful navigating the cluttered and dimly lit room. Avoid room 110.

Very Well Taken Care Of
Reviewed By BTimmiI wanted to thank the Front Desk personnel for their outstanding Customer Service. The Manager and both office administrators were very helpful in solving a reservation issue. I had previously stayed here and during the entire visit, their customer service was outstanding. They treat customers with respect and allow for solutions rather than brushing you off (i wont comment about the other Motel 6, who were and are the complete opposite). I highly recommend this Hotel Property. Safe, Convenient, and a very professional staff.

Reviewed By Diamond BI didn’t have high expectations for this place. Just a one night stay. It is fairly clean and a really good price. My only suggestion to management is to mount the dresser drawer to the wall. My 4 y/o almost pulled it on top of himself. Very dangerous.

substandard service and motel

Not only they do NOT serve any breakfast due to invisible construction, they do not even have breakfast boxes/ bags to go. I asked them if they at least have coffee at the front desk, and they said no!! The tissue box was empty. This hotel is run by penny saver and cheap management. If they do not serve breakfast, it should be mentioned on their website. This construction has apparently going on for years and is used as an excuse to not spend money!!!
