Reviewed By LeaG422We stayed in the huts on the water for 2 nights. Although it was in peak season we were completely alone for the first night. We payed 2.500.000 vd per night which given the resort i think is a bit too expensive. They should cut 30% of the price, that would be more reasonable. The restaurant is also not very good. They microwave the food! But we still had a good time at the resort. There’s lots to see in the water and cute resort dogs! I just expected more for 2,5 million a night.

Reviewed By Victor NGreat stay here! The bungalows are very comfortable, the place is very peaceful and the owner Thi is very welcoming. He is also a very good cook, we loved his meals. Bikes and scooters are also available if you want to move in the island. Highly recommended!

Reviewed By Sapphire101095Thái độ nhân viên không nhiệt tình....ra gọi đồ ăn sáng mặc dù ra sớm nhất nhất nhưng đồ ăn và nước nhân viên làm rất chậm, không có người thường xuyên trực ở quầy bar. Phí ăn sáng chưa bao gồm 5% dịch vụ 8% thuế. Giặt đồ nhân viên bảo để rổ ngoài cửa xong tối có người qua lấy nhưng đến sáng 8h tỉnh dậy ra ngoài vẫn không có ai qua lấy đồ giặt. Resort phòng sạch sẽ và đẹp, rất bình yên. Xa trung tâm, tiền taxi từ đây ra trung tâm 500.000 cả đi lẫn về.

Clean, cheap, incredibly cheap food (you get tonnes of food!!!), nice people, ... what's not to like? OK, it's a bit far from the "city", but you can rent a motorbike for 150.000VND a day (130.000 for three days). You need one anyway to explore the island. (Advice: Don't book a diving or snorkling trip with the owner, but rather go to flipper diving centre downtown)

Short stay but wouldn't go again
Reviewed By ssa_sabineWe only stayed in Oyo Serene Resort one night and unfortunately experienced a rather poor service. Communication was very poor since the beginning. There should have been an feeless airport pickup, but to our surprise no one was there. When we arrived at the resort by taxi, no staff was there to welcome us, the cook from the restaurant was absent, so no possibility to order food. After some time we just received a key to a room. The next morning we experienced very poor help in getting a taxi. The final proposition was overpriced and there seemed to be just one possibility. We arranged a drive ourselfs for much cheaper in the end. While check out they gave us the bill form another couple and another room. In the same time I have received emails that said our stay has been cancelled because we never showed up. This being said, the room was ok and clean, air conditioning worked. The pool did not look very clean to us.

Our party had booked a double room and a family room. The family room was more expensive than the double and the difference was an extra pillow 4. The buffet breakfast was dreadful 5. We have bicycle and motorbike for rent. You can enjoy variety of delicious food from our restaurant. There are good varieties for vegetarians too. Each bungalow has a super king size bed, private bathroom, big balcony for relaxing, sunbath or seeing sunrise. Guests have full access to private beach, swimming pool. Car parking space is available in the yard.
A really lovely, quiet place

There was a taxi shortage while we were there but they were always able to help us to book something, even driving us themselves sometimes. Our room was very comfortable and surprisingly private. The food was really nice and the dogs were especially friendly! It is a little remote, which is both a positive (you really can be alone with just the ocean breeze) but also a negative (travelling to and from does require planning) My only criticism is that the private beach is more a giant sandpit and we weren't able to swim in the sea. It was still a comfortable and nice area, but not 100% what we thought we'd be getting.

Kikicoconutbeach is a homestay on eastern side of Phu Quoc peacefully seated between the sea and the native forest. It is a place for guests, who love the nature, peace and open space. From every room you can look into the open sea and participate to the fantastic sunrises , even if you stay in your bed. There are activities like snorkelling in the houseriff, hiking in the djungel, sports on the ground of the homestay, bicycle rent, motorbike rent, reading from our library, playing games and cards, and of course swimming in the sea and collecting shells and seasnails. In the evening we sit together for dinner and discuss. Kiki and George know Vietnamese, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. Unfortunately, the stormy waves have blown away the sand under the roots of our beautiful coconuttrees and we therefore had to protect them with a wall towards the sea. Our place is a heaven for all who like simple lifestyle, nature and the contact with Vietnamese people.

Reviewed By JacquiwithaQAmazing vibes! The ambience is something I cannot explain it's just MAGIC. The views of the beach? are gorgeous. It's peaceful, fun and of course, the food is delicious! Whether you're looking for relaxing hammock, a game of volley ball or badminton, or just a cocktail by the beach, Kiki Coconut has it all! Definitely have to try some fresh juice with some divine surf and turf. The owner Jamie is a wonderful guy and the ladies that work with him or always ready to help whatever it may be.
