The staff were amazing and so so helpful! Vitor was so lovely and welcomed us every day, even packed our car up for us when we left. The girls on the reception desk were absolute angels, would 100% recommend and stay again

This is a great city centre hotel. Very friendly service. Rooms were spacious, stylish and immaculate. No oustide noise, which is surprising considering the location. We had a great night's sleep and breakfast was really good too. Would highly recommend.

I knew in advance that there was only 15 minutes to drop off before parking charges kicked in. What I didn’t know was that there are no luggage carts and reception refused to temporarily store bags while I returned car to rental area. I was traveling alone with 4yo and 2yo but receptionist said there was nothing they could do to help me. Ended up running up and down to my room 3 times while kids cried in the car. Room is OK but if you can’t get the basics of hotel customer service right then can’t expect more than a poor review.

My husband and I were under pressure to book a beautiful small family party for my sons 21st birthday as his 18th was such a success. We’ve stayed at the KST before so we knew that it was a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately we thought about it too long so the bedrooms sold quickly, but we hired the beautiful Mezzanine room overlooking the restaurant. On arrival we were shown into the room which looked incredible with a giant silver 21 balloon and lots of other smaller balloons. There were tea lights on the tables overlooking the restaurant, all lit, a beautiful cake we ordered and the table was tastefully set. Sophie looked after us and was really attentive over everything -every detail. The meal surpassed expectations, it was fabulous. The atmosphere was relaxed we wernt pressurised to finish. Catlin the events manager mainly organized it for us, and also Leah (guests relations) who we’ve met before and who organized the cake, balloons and took pictures of us all at the end. I wouldn’t hesitate to organize another small party there or stay! Thank you. The personal touch of it all as we’ve stayed there several times made it a very happy event

At the gateway to the Northern Quarter, with its laid-back Bohemian vibe, sits Hotel Indigo® Manchester – Victoria Station hotel. Just a short distance from Manchester City Centre, and a one-minute walk from Manchester Victoria train station. This is a neighbourhood where anybody with an idea can change the world – it is a place where the norm is challenged, and different ways of thinking are celebrated. In the streets that make up our neighbourhood you will find evidence of our tough industrial past. A world-famous heritage illustrated by the worker bee motif, adopted by Manchester during the industrial revolution.
A great location next to Victoria station and a nicely designed hotel overall. Rooms are large, showers are great and staff are friendly. However, was left feeling underwhelmed overall, primarily by little touches. - Booked a king room but was clearly two beds joined together - this wouldn't have been an issue but mattresses were a different height and a big gap between them so ended up effectively sleeping in single. - Arrived at hotel late after evening working (10.45) and was impossible to get any food or even a hot drink at the bar (ended up with a coke and some nuts!) . No kettle or tea and coffee in the room let alone room service. - Fitness centre tiny and common weight sizes (10/12kg) missing - Shaver point in room not working All minor things in their own right but collectively added up to feeling a little let down for the price...
