Reviewed By Владимир КVery nice place, very quiet. Recommend to families! Tasty food, pleasant personnel, very nice apartments. It's not far away from the sea - 2-3 minutes walk. The only "minus" - sunbeds are not free as well as drinks (on the beach). Finikounda, small town, also 3 kms away, so you can easily walk to this lovely town ;-)

Reviewed By keith47The complex is built a slight slope which while not giving a full seaview we had plenty to see, being half way up in room 201. Having two balconies we could enjoy the views, with an evening drink before venturing out for a meal. Made very welcome by a nice husband and wife team who look after their guests. They gave us much local information, especially the beach at ...............which was a 20 minute walk but worth it. Also arranged a taxi to Koroni and assisted us when our ipad and Email facilities failed for UK Covid return requirements . Having been sent a breakfast menu (before departure) we made certain we would use this facility every day as it was well priced and good quality and presentation. The views from this location were worth the wait for breakfast. Service was exceptional as all guests were remembered as to to their choices and preferences With this offering it just was not worth self-catering. Very enjoyable stay, several places to eat in the location and would certainly return if in the area again. Thank you

Another Excellent Stay
Reviewed By pgalpinWe booked two weeks at the last minute and received an excellent rate on what I think was their last room. OK it didn’t have the best view, last year we had a large balcony overlooking the pool, this year a small balcony looking onto the car park. That aside the room was large, well equipped and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and very careful about keeping the place clean and filling Covid restrictions. We had a great two weeks and the hotel could not be faulted in any way. Bedding was changed every few days and towels every day. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area just a 5 to 10 minute walk into Finikounda or around 10 minutes down to long beach. There were always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas around the pool and drinks and light lunches were available. Ok nowhere is perfect but any issues were relatively minor. The open dustbin at the front gives a bad impression and a few of the sun beds have taken a beating during the season and need their wheels straightening or tightening. However neither should put anybody off coming here. We will be back again when we are next in Finikounda.

Our resort covers an area of 6 acres and is located on a hillside overlooking the wonderful Ionian Sea to the south. Looking towards east the olive trees and the far away mountains excite your imagination. Each of the four buildings has two floors, and there are a total of four different room types.

The Breakfast? breakfast of champions as they value this meal so much...You can see the love and though that went to every single ingredient that has been added in and my goodness the owners... awww the owners... beautiful inside out people. Reviewed By 418siliabFirst of all we waiting for check in for about 40 minutes with two kids tired from the trip and exhausted from the hot weather. Was missing one seat from the kids bed and one towel. Also there was no pillow for the kids. Reception closes at 21:30 in high season period and we wanted a bottle of water but none one was there. They told us to dial number 9 from the phone at the room but the phone was not working. The positive thing is that the room is big and clean. The pool is nice and also there is a part in the pool which is appropriate for the kids. Overall it could be better.

Reviewed By Gianna PExcellent location with Parking space. The sea was 5 minutes by foot. We had a 4 night stay. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchenette had everything you may need. The owner was very polite and friendly. He also gave us some extra info for the area. We would definitely recomend it to our friends.

Beautiful Quirky Hotel
Reviewed By lcocker29Just back from a stay at the Viva Mare which I would highly recommend. All aspects of this hotel are excellent, rooms are huge, spotlessly clean, with a kitchen area, the swimming pool is beautiful and we never had an issue getting a bed and shade. Due to Covid-19 breakfast was delivered to our room at a time selected by us after previously selecting our choices. Elena on reception is very helpful and sorted out a couple of issues we had. A very short walk brings you to the restaurants, shops and beach in Finikounda.

Reviewed By stelathenαξιζει και με το παραπανω. λιγο εξω απο το κεντρο της φοινικουντας. με δικο του χωρο για παρκινγκ αυτοκινητου. μεγαλο δωματιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβατι συν ενα μονο κρεβατι. μεγαλο ψυγειο, κουζινακι, φουρνο μικροκυματων, νεροχυτη, οικοσυσκευες, εως και σιδεροστρα με σιδερο. ειναι δε το πρωτο δωματιο , στο ντουζ του οποιου τα νερα δεν εβγαιναν εξω απο την καμπινα, ουτε απο το σιφωνι. πραγματικο μαργαριταρι, δεν το περιμενα και το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα.

Reviewed By HogbadLovely resort, nice hotel located, at one end, good breakfast and coffee, cheap drinks. Typical Greek hospitality, rooms cleaned daily, fresh sheets and towels every 3 days. Several excellent tavernas within easy walking. Hotel was with Thomas Cook this year so may be harder to book next year.
