The food was of great variety and quality. This was well supported by the services of Vishal, Hanna and Ayesha who ensured that the guests were handled quickly and satisfactorily. Overall a very Happy experience at the Millennium Place.

Reviewed By Kaheem FI received such a warm welcome by the staff at this hotel. From Mahmoud (check-in counter) to Hamzah (the bellhop). Hamzah asked me if it was my first time in Dubai (which it was) and took his time to explain tons of cool things about the city with me. He suggested some hot spots to visit while I was in town. Lastly, he proved to be very trustworthy as I needed change to give him for helping carry my bags to my room. He took my money and returned with change within a matter of minutes. Overall, the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is a wonderful hotel selection for anyone planning a visit to the Dubai. You will not be disappointed!

One of my worst experiences in my own city
Reviewed By Tezzy77We were super excited to stay at the Centara hotel . After booking it over a month ago . It was my bday . Little did we know it was going to be one of the worst hotels . Hell in the time of Covid for sure . 1) we arrived at 2 45 pm only to be let into our rooms at 3 45 - that too one of our two rooms was ready. 2) the pool was over crowded - the adult pool was full of kids . 3) the restaurant by the pool sat with dirty tables , we had to wait over a half hour to have it cleaned . It seemed like they were doing us a favor in just cleaning the tables 4) pre dinner at 7 30 pm we asked them to kindly make up the sofa bed in our room . They said house keeping would arrive in 15 mins . We waited , they never arrived . We then presumed they would quietly come in and the bed would be made . We came back from dinner at 9 30 to find the room on these exact state we left it . I then called a rather busy operator ( waited on hold for 10 mins ) to request them to pls make the bed again as we went out to explore the night market . We can back to our rooms to once again find our request was ignored . I have been trying the phones for the last 20 mins no one picks up . I finally found some house keeping guys on our floor and practically begged them so they could make the bed . The man arrived with poor personal hygiene and now my room smells like him . He already informed us that the sofa bed has no blanket . All an all this hotel should we reported to health and safety. I don't think we will be coming back and I wouldn't be surprised if it's helping to spread disease rather than contain it . Very disappointed!
