Disneyland Resort features two theme parks: Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. Opened in 1955, Walt Disney’s original theme park, Disneyland Park is divided into 8 themed “lands”—Main Street, U.S.A., Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Mickey's Toontown, Frontierland, Critter Country, New Orleans Square and Adventureland. Sail with pirates, explore exotic jungles, meet fairy-tale princesses, and dive under the ocean and rocket through the stars— all in the same day. Combine the magic of Disney with the best that California has to offer and the result is Disney California Adventure, a theme park that celebrates the California in style. When you enter the gates of this park, you are transported to the land of promise, opportunity and glamour. Disney California Adventure is a journey from the California of yesterday to today and a tribute to this land of dreams. You can ride the Red Car Trolley in 1920s Los Angeles, take a raft down the rapids with a mining company on Grizzly Peak, travel down Route 66 or brave a white knuckled roller coaster in a seaside amusement park. Whether you prefer "action, comedy or romance," Disney California Adventure has something for everyone.

Overall great experience at the hotel. They are very welcoming and friendly and answered a lot of my questions. They also have a lovely gift shop which sells Disney merchandise at a fraction of the cost you find at Disneyland and they're all pretty good quality. The hotel room itself was very neat and organized and felt very warm. They're very accommodating as I had asked for extra towels and personal hygiene items. Definitely would recommend this place for your Disney trip.

Growing up in So Cal I remember seeing this motel nearly every trip we made to Disneyland, and it was one of the one's I always remember wanting to stay at and now is the last of those old motels left you can stay in. Living in the UK now, and decided to finally give this one a try after noticing it's great reviews and it was available on our dates for visiting Anaheim. We were not disappointed at all. The front desk staff was very nice, including helping with our bags upstairs, after we had a very long day and I had a very tired child on my hands on my own. The cleaning staff was also very nice, when I asked one a question and one of the staff even brought my daughter and my sister a towel when they noticed them having a swim. The rooms were very clean, well appointed with a fridge and microwave. They had USB plugs on the night stand, and nice toiletries available. The beds were comfortable, bedding was nice and we had a great sleep. The pool was very clean and nice, the water was heated, and made for a nice slow down in between trips to the parks. Located conveniently near basic shops like CVS, a short drive to many food options and some walkable choices as well, and walkable, though just at the top of what a tired 7 year old can manage after a day in the park, to Disneyland. Only downside and this might come up with other families with younger kids, the floors were a bit slick and definitely noticed this more after mistakenly putting on spray sun cream in the room before heading to the parks. The floor became very slick from the dropped spray, so we just made certain to spray on the sun block outside after that point. But that is a minor point. Overall, we actually came to regret not booking this location a second time when we returned to Anaheim to do breakfast at one of the Disneyland Hotels on our last day, instead of the chain hotel we booked, because we found this motel more friendly, better located, better staffed, and over all just a better experience. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

I paid a premium to stay here during StarWars Celebration .The Wi-Fi was horrible , something in the building kills cell signals because inside the hotel on Verizon I could not send a picture through text and then there horrible Wi-Fi literally took five minutes to upload one picture to Facebook. I step outside and cell signal is good enough to send picture text. The pool is to small and it gets crowded fast. The hotel is still using the “Covid” excuse and will not come into the room to clean and change sheets unless you ask for it. I would not stay here at the high cost I just paid again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

If you're not a picky family, it was ok. You get a little less than what you paid for. Place needs a major renos and more amenities to use for like heated pool. But if you're going to Disney, It's a good place to just put your head down!

It was terrible !! I booked this room 7 months ago ; we get here in time to eat and go to bed in anticipation of Disneyland the next day . We get in the room and only one of the outlets in the whole room works..not to mention broken lights between the beds . Anyways...2 hours later with manager coming in and out flipping lights on and off with the breaker...we end up with extension cords linked together all over the room !!! Grrrr.!!!

Become immersed in the spirit of Disneyland past and present! Stay in the Adventure, Fantasy or Frontier tower-each an homage to the park's original lands-and delight in the sleek, ultra-modern design at every turn. Located just steps from the Downtown Disney District, this hotel is a short stroll to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
We recently stayed for two nights in a premium view club level room. The room was immaculate and the views were some of the best I’ve ever seen on property. The club level lounge was amazing and provided food and drinks throughout the day. The pools were busy but we were able to get chairs without a problem. If you can swing a club level room you will not be disappointed as the staff was wonderful!

Been visiting Disneyland since I was 4, over 60 years. I have stayed at the Grand Californian and the Disneyland Hotel in the past. We have never been treated like this. Must be morale is really low. Bell services refused to help us at check in and check out. Front desk was rude and gave out misinformation. Craftsman Grill opened after the parks opened so was useless. We paid for an upgraded room for over $800 a night. Others in our party stayed at the much closer to the parks Anahiem Best Western Plus Park Place Inn for a quarter of the price and were treated better. I used to love Disney but this was really off-putting. Nor am I one that normally writes bad reviews but this was bad.
