Worst hotel experience ever
Reviewed By Janine SI was given the key to an occupied room. I walked in on a family in their room. This could have been a dangerous situation. It took an hour to get a room. I booked a double queen but had to settle for a king (we had to share a bed). TV wasn't hooked up, no trash can in the room and no phone.

Reviewed By ehn0We needed a place to stay for two nights for a family wedding. The wedding website suggested this Hampton Inn in Carrollton, Georgia. We've stayed at several Hampton Inns before. This one was sub par. Old furniture. Bathroom fixtures mismatched and falling off shower stall. Breakfast cook was not friendly. Front desk personnel were not as professional. It was a place to lay our heads for two nights to attend the family wedding. Will never be our first choice next time.

Reviewed By Lcrich56We stayed for one night to ride the Carrollton Greenway. Brought our bikes and really enjoyed it. The girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice. I give it a 4 on cleanliness. We were able to walk to dinner (Brown Dog). Good burgers. The reason for the 3 is breakfast. We ordered and received our meal. The eggs were awful, french toast not done. But the worst part was it was all in to go styrofoam with plastic forks. Try eating runny, under cooked eggs out of that! Yuck! We should have been told that was the case. Apparently because of COVID still. But weirdly, we stayed in another Courtyard the night before and received all of our meals on real plates and silverware. For $40.00, I expect more. The man working there was nice and gave us free Starbucks coffees to go. ??♀️

Reviewed By Fluffy-pink2It was the worst hotel stay ever. When I got to the door. The lock pad was missing top part and handle Is held by a mail. After a few attempts I got in my room. I took a shower and got ready for dinner. I tried locking the door. It’s broken! The door was unlock the whole time while I was in the shower! I called and the guy came. He give an excuse because of Covid, door parts wasn’t available, I said ok, can I have another room. The 2nd room smelled freshly smokes cigarettes. I was too hungry to deal with it. I came after my dinner and ask for a none smoking room. The 3rd room was even worst! I opened the door and saw roaches happily roaming on AC and floors. I killed a few and call and ask for roach bait! I was tired at this point! I flew Red eye Friday night to 10:30am Saturday. I checked in around 6pm. My brain isn’t comprehending on roaches. The guy came in with a roach spray can. I showed him where I killed the roaches and I checked my bed. There was baby roaches all over my pillows and sheets! They’re all have a party on my bed! They put me in another room. The fourth room looked made but still dirty. I found brown hair strands under my pillow and a half drunken soda behind the tv. I went to bed as is. I don’t care and too tired to find another room! I hope no one have to experienced this! Stay away from this awful hotel!

No Hot Water, No Resolution

I had no hot water in my shower and was told maintenance did not work weekends, so there was no way to fix it. I was offered another room, but it was dirty. By this point, I was over this property and had my second night refunded. Unacceptable.

Reviewed By Shirley PNasty carpet, bathtub void of ceramic, cracks in sink, floor tiles, breakfast was packaged pastry, no drinks, no fruit, no paper bag ( LOL). Rude front desk help IF you could find anyone. Only saving grace were comfortable beds and pillows. Walls had stains and even a footprint. If we had not been so exhausted we would have traveled on.
