Reviewed By EnricoDePaoliGood service beats anything else when it comes to pleasure moments and satisfaction. Nobody wants to deal with problematic people! Having said that, I may have stayed in better hotels, but this one stayed in my mind for VERY GOOD service I had from everyone that served me while I was there. Specially Mr. Marcelo at the restaurant who was very kind to help me with special diet needs I had while there. So nice to see people involved on their jobs! Many thanks! Highly recommended. The ONLY bad issue was with the wifi quality…

Great, but we had problems
Reviewed By RitaFelippiThis hotel is well located, very neat and confortable. The bed was large and confortable and the staff was really polite. The showers however had only cold water running. I was told the problem was in one of the heaters and the emergency one was already in place and it should work in 20 minutes. It didn't work. The next morning, same problem, same excuse and it also didn't work. I got late for work, waiting for hot water and had to take a cold, quick shower to leave. So it is not admissible for such a hotel not to have an emergency solution for this kind of problem and to make excuses (misleading information) to guests.

Reviewed By luizaa0The hotel needs to repair their facilities. Is old. Looks like they are doing some maintenance, but I think the price is too valued when compared the offer. The breakfast was good, had good options. Their granola and variety of fruits are very good!

I always opt for IBIS but this needs to improve a bit

The basin to wash your hands is not in the bathroomand does not have a hand towel so you need to take your bath towel to the basin every time you wash your hands. A non-slip mat is needed in the shower as well as the one outside it. Older folk need to be careful not to slip and break bones during a shower. The room was also too small for a couple. Our son was put on his own in a larger room and offered to swap with us but we were tired and had already unpacked to turned down his kind offer, IBIS should have thought of this. Apart from these details everything was fine. We like IBIS and feel part of the family!
