Just to stay over night
Reviewed By wolfgangw79I stayed in this Hotel the second time. The Hotel is clean, the saff kind and friendly. Unfortunately they speak only portuguese. The rooms are simple, no decoration. For me it‘s just to sleep. In the Patio tjey have a swimming pool and a gym as well.

Very Good Place to Stay
Reviewed By Richard AI really liked the Riviera Pantanal Hotel. The staff, especially Allex, were very friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The location is close to the centre of Cáceres, with everything accessible by foot. The only way it could be improved would be install mosquito nets, or at least some hooks on the ceiling from which we could have hanged ours. We would certainly stay there again!

Calma, espaçosa e confortável
Reviewed By danimi2Pousada muito ampla, com varanda de fora a fora, quartos espaçosos com varanda particular e uma piscininha privada. Café da manhã excelente, muitas opções de frutas, pães e bolos. A vista é um charme, vale a pena ficar ali vendo o pôr do sol e acordar cedo pra dar Oi aos macaquinhos que vêm pegar banana na varanda. Fica quase na beira do rio e uma caminhada leve de 5min nos leva na beira do rio. O local é muito calmo, exceto pelo vizinho... No sábado que me hospedei ali, do check-in até a manhã do dia seguinte dava pra ouvir uma música tocando, bastante incômodo. Tem 3 bicicletas para dar uma volta, orquidário, muito contato com a natureza. Ótimo custo benefício.

Reviewed By byakarlaThe best thing in Brazil's hotel it is the breakfast. If you like to sleep more in the morning don't go there! Depend what you best like... they have a good bedroom, clean, not too noise, a good breakfast, but they finish the breakfast 9:00 am and when we arrived around 8:30am always, what finished it is finished.. one day like 95% was finished and just the plates... orange juice, just after we were there for 2 weeks I drinker one day. Another thing for me very unprofessional was, at the holidays like Christmas and new years eve if we don't go away before 11:00am they just told us the cleaners were gone because they go to home early!! We change to la barca hotel I like it better at same price!

Reviewed By fabr_ciom601Não se engane é só fachada! Os funcionários são muito ruins, mal treinados e mal educados. Os quartos são velhos, roupa de cama desgastada. Quarto sujo. O banheiro além de não estar totalmente limpo é velho. O café da manhã é simples contudo, mal feito. Em resumo, não indico e nunca mais volto. Deveriam ler os comentários aqui é buscar melhorar.
