Reviewed By T974RScarmenbRun as fast as you can if possible! Disgusting to its fullest, had to disinfect my own bathroom, slippery floors, room smelled of mildew, phone was just Disgusting. Trust when I say I was trying to find another hotel everyone was sold out definitely not worth 215 for the night. I should of known when pulling in seeing the upkeep on the outside was scary. Very upsetting ? they definitely don't clean windows don't let the lobby fool you. No one at the desk to assist in the morning, but the breakfast lady which the young lady and Mya who checked us in was the ONLY positive thing about our stay

Reviewed By N5075BKdeborahmYou have to pay $20 per dog at this facility. We always stayed at the one near Cracker Barrel and that’s what we thought we reserved. That La Quinta which still allows dogs to stay free is now a Wyngate. Have no idea why they would change the name of a hotel thousands stay in twice a year at least

Two stars only because cleaning staff were so nice

This hotel is beyond tired; outside of the expected nicks and scratches, the room smelled, the elevators routinely go out (twice during our 1 night stay, and we heard the staff talking about it as a normal occurence), carpeting was stained, ice machine was broken on our floor (clearly for a while, since the tape and sign it held up were old and dirty), nowhere to sit except for one desk chair that didn't work very well... On top of that, the front desk manager spent his time busily texting, mask hanging off one ear. Even when I went downstairs and received a perfunctory "How are you?" from him, he never looked up. Lobby eating area would be all right except it was freezing - after our complaints that it was too cold to eat our dinner there and nowhere to eat in the room, nothing was done. Staff complained a while later and still, nothing done. Management took no responsibility for any issues and was completely unhelpful at all times. Hilton clearly doesn't consider this outpost a priority, or even half a priority. A pity. Really do not recommend staying here.

This is where you will meet Santa. Forget the fat white dude in the red suit. You are looking for a small statured Latina woman in black that stands behind the plexus-glass patiently awaiting your order. Omelettes of varying ingredients are the norm - cooked to order - but you are not going to throw her by asking for a chocolate chip waffle with whipped cream. If you decide to go way off the menu and ask for a fried egg, be prepared for a casual “did you want that over easy?” She then dresses the plate with a sliver of orange and or watermelon - you are not getting this at the Waffle House. You can add the authentic salsa, that beats most of the Mexican places around here, to the top of your eggstravaganzza and you will not be sorry. Amazingly, this meal of champions comes with the room, and it’s easily one of the best breakfasts you will get in Brunswick. Santa is just one person at this hotel; a hotel that seems to be filled with exceptional staff. I can tell similar stories about the bartender, the maid, the front desk clerk that gave us the heads up on the movies next door. It’s just a gem of a place. Highly recommend!

Reviewed By brightnaiWould not recommend. Check in lady was rude. Room smelled like mildew. The water in the shower takes forever to get hot but only lasts for 5 minutes. They are stingy with giving out blankets for the pull out bed when you ask for one, but there wasn’t one in the room.

Reviewed By duke832016Very disappointed. The pictures on the website are NOT the room or the breakfast area at this location. Room was not clean. There was a used Q-tip on the counter at the sink. Towels needed to be bleached. Breakfast was over at 9am and was a diabetics nightmare. Actually the worst breakfast selection I have ever seen. On the list of hotel amenities BBQ grills were 2nd on the list. There were NO BBQ grills. The room was comfortable enough. I would not stay here again. The price was reasonable. That being said you get what you pay for.

Reviewed By nwalke812752The room was clean and neat, however it had a few roaches. Other than that, it was a pretty nice room and the staff was fairly nice. Despite the roaches it was pretty nice, I was shocked when I seen the roach crawl from behind the table.

Reviewed By bejan92Great time ! Overnight stay for my vacation on my way home ! Service was good ! And as well beds were comfy ! Water pressure was good! Parking was a issue at this place some of these hotels that are on route with big highways and travelers need better parking ! Trailers especially! But overall okay place they were also remodeling as well!
