Although the hotel was undergoing renovations we had no problem of noise or dirt from the construction. The breakfast was also very good. They even have small nutella packages to spread over your toast =) Took away 1 star because the price is too high.

Not well maintained
Reviewed By RamblingManTNI had originally planned to stay in the Bekassin for 2 weeks, but after just a few hours, I decided that I had to change hotels and booked a different hotel for the remainder of my stay. Upon entering the room, I turned on the lights but they were so dim that the light coming in from the bathroom was brighter. The room did not have much in the way of storage for clothes and the two shelves were dirty so I didn't even want to unpack my clothes. When I went in to shower after about 24 hours of travel, the shower had enormous amounts of grime and even the shower head was gross. Half the lights above the mirror were missing. And the toilet was loose (wasn't bolted down well) I went to complain to the front desk and they couldn't move me to another room. After seeing the dismal state of the room, I could tell that the room isn't cared for well and no longer wanted to stay there. I did try to go relax by the pool as there was an advertisement for a pool bar. But the bar is not a real bar, just a countertop by the pool. To get drinks, we left the hotel to go to a restaurant. Also, this hotel is not near the main road. There is nothing to walk to close to the hotel. I stayed here for just a night, May 11th.

Reviewed By Robert OI stayed at this hotel a week in March 2015. I had a hard time finding anyone who spoke English so really had no explanation of what the hotels ammenities included. On checking in I refused the first two rooms as the chairs were torn and neither of the windows on the ground floor locked. The third room was better but the bathroom ceiling was covered with mold. I noticed that clothes did not dry in the room or atleast took days versus other hotels I had stayed at - this may have explained the mold. They had at least three pools one of which was heated and indoors which looked nice. The larger outside pool had a lot of things floating on it so I did not swim in it. They had a very basic gym with two treadmills, a universal machine and a bike. I used it a few nights and it was okay. They had a large breakfast in the morning upstairs that half the time served eggs. The breakfast room was so large that you could legally play indoor soccer! The chair in the room for working on the computer was a not so good as it was a basic chair with no adjustment and there was no desk light only the center ceiling light behind me. The internet worked fine for multiple devices. There was always plenty of front desk staff but again they did not speak English.

Reviewed By kinostourI have stayed at Riellis last weekend. Everything is awesome: all staff Carina, Mariane and Natália. Breakfast is deliciou-se and full (fruits, breads, cheeses, hams etc). Bedroom is clean and confort. It is located in Botucatu downtown near by markets, gás statiom. Highly recommnended!

Prepare-se para noites estreladas e dias ensolarados e leves. Café da manhã delicioso, boa conversa, boas risadas, com o canto dos pássaros fazendo fundo musical. Lugares lindos para andar de bike ou à pé. Mas, o principal são as pessoas que nos recebem, acolhem e nos fazem sentir bem, em casa, com vontade de não ir embora : Luana e Rose. Obrigada, até a próxima !!!
