Good offering but pictures are misleading of what is actually offered. For a new ship it is all ready showing signs of wear and tear. Rooms are relatively small on board even the executive suite. The whole tours seems to be hurry up and wait and disorganised. Left Hanoi early on the freeway only to waste 20min at a petrol station when we could have kept going or made it a five min stop and left Hanoi later. Leaving the ship we were told to check out at 9.30am only to do nothing until 12pm apart from a minor meal service. Coming back again time wasting at the petrol station for 20min. I attempting to book an alternative service but this was the only one available for my days. Halong bay itself is ok but not like the pictures rubbish everywhere along with a thick haze of smog which just ruins it. Id give this place a miss if air pollution is high.

Super unprofessional guide (Giang) who is contacting the customers after work privately via mobile. Calling them months after the trip is over and writing inappropriate things. What’s that?! Special customer service? I was super „happy“ to read what this guy wrote in private to customers. Probably he is 1: not made for the job 2: exceeding his competences And that’s why you guys will not get recommended.

they tell you to go on the # 2 tour adventure. but not that you are on a tight rope with the feed on wet rocks ... and if you fall here you broke your back or if you are lucky only one leg. with about 120 km down to the nearest hospital. here they tell you there are many animals of se. there are all animals here .. ask which animal? answer all animals. do not go on this tour and if there are animals let them live in peace. Peace op Martin.
