This former haunt of pirate ships now hosts millions of cruise passengers every year. Look beyond the boutiques and discover historic sights such as the bright red, 17th-century Fort Christian, the graceful green Legislature Building, the 1793 brick Lutheran Church and the taxing 99 steps stairway. Charlotte Amalie is easy to explore on foot.

What a surprise to find this little place. Unfortunately we found it at the end of the day or otherwise we may not have seen anything of saint Thomas. We were actually here in Sept 2016, but I managed to buy some more of their rum in Philladelphia in July 2017.If you are in St Thomas, you must visit, and buy some rum as its hard to find in other places

My husband and I are staying at The Beach House in St. Thomas on a wonderful week vacation!! We started our first day with a message from Boel and Zeno, from spatogovi.com OUTSTANDING!! This was the best message that my body has ever experienced!!!!! Soooooo.... highly recommended!!! Really allows your body to unwind and relax!! Our messages we at ocean side!! We could hear the waves and the spa music!!! Boel greeted me with a hibiscus flower! I am now wearing it in my hair!!! I'm floating on cloud nine!!! FANTASTIC!!! She found tight muscles I didn't know I had and focused on a few I requested some work on!! No aches in this body anymore!!! Thank you, Boel!!! and my husband thanks you Zeno!!! best message ever for him as well!!! My husband dislocated his shoulder 15 years ago and has just dealt with the discomfort. Zeno started working it out layer by layer. His shoulder has never felt better! Zeno also gave him some stretches to carry on with. Thank you, Zeno!!! P.S. They are meeting all of covid protocol.

Frenchtown Brewing Company

The Virgin Islands only 3 barrel nano brewery, located in the quaint fishing village of Frenchtown on St. Thomas, invites you to tour and sample their island hopped craft beers. Visiting hop heads are welcome to stop by for a tour and taste of the seasonal brews and go with their favorites in a refillable stainless steel growler perfect for the beach. Our beers are on draft around the island.

Called and they were more than happy to allow us to pick a time that suited us to come to the brewery for a tasting. This attic-of-a-brewery is a true small pearl in a sea of over-saturated breweries. Kevin has a bright future in the world of brewing and his future expansion project will, no doubt, be a great success. We so much appreciated that he opened his doors to us and shared his passion and story telling about beer making and drinking in St Thomas and Belgium. We even took him up on his local restaurant recommendation and, not surprisingly, it was the best meal of our trip. Thanks again from your newest fans and friends from Colorado. Cheers!

St. Thomas Synagogue

What a lovely experience this was. Docent Agi Rampino shared so much of the history of this place. It felt like a giant step into another era, and yet this is still a working congregation. The sand floor was unique and the Torah from the Holocaust still with the numbers the Nazis wrote on it to catalog artifacts from a deceased race sent shivers down my spine. Agi Rampino spent a lot of time sharing her stories. We visited a lot of places on our cruise, but seeing this was the most meaningful.
