A great place for junkers! Loads of vintage clothing and costumes, and also a nice selection of antiques and collectibles. It was a fun place, and we enjoyed our visit.

My boys (9 & 11) love rocks, minerals, and fossils. We went into this store and they were in heaven. When my oldest saw the fossils, he was so excited. Most salespeople would ignore an 11 year old asking to see nearly every (expensive) Megladon tooth, but the kind guy working (I wish I could remember his name) not only showed him, but also educated him about them and what to look for. My youngest quickly decided on a shark's tooth while my oldest had his heart set on the large Megladon tooth. It was his hard earned money so we encouraged him to think on it. The guy offered to hold it in case he decided to come back before close of day, gave him business cards, and encouraged him to look around and make a good decision. In the end, we went back and he bought the Megladon tooth - I allowed him to spend his hard earned money mainly because of the guy helping him. It will be the perfect addition to his collection. Thanks for a wonderful experience and a really great store!

Dorinda, also known to some as the Duchess of Chocolate, is a mother of 4 boys. She homeschooled her sons until they reached high school, and when her last two sons were in 7th and 8th grade, Dorinda decided to pursue her dream and love for chocolate. She became a professional Chocolatier. Since the age of 12, Dorinda has been making her famous chocolate covered cherries. After studying and learning the science behind chocolate at E'cole Chocolat, a chocolate making program, and gaining experience in hands-on courses at Berry Callebaut, a chocolate academy in Chicago, Dorinda continues to hone her skills today. Dorinda has also received numerous awards.

We went shopping at the Summit in Reno. This is a very nice outdoor shopping center. One of their hub stores is Dillards. There is also some restaurants and a movie theater
