A group of us were staying in Tulum for a few days and decided to rent bikes from Ola Bike as our primary mode of transportation. Ivan was the person that helped us get set up and he was able to do so quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and shared a lot of great tips for biking around Tulum and gave us a map marking some great spots to visit and to dine at. One word of caution for biking around Tulum at night. Since these bikes are beach cruisers without lights, it can be a little dicey. The taxis around the area drive quite fast and don't always yield to bikers or pedestrians. The Tulum area is still developing really fast so there is a lot of construction going on in many areas with lots of traffic during rush hour. So just be careful.

Best way to visit Tulum with style. Our plan was to rent the electric bikes for one day but we enjoyed so much that we decided to extend for one more day. Andrea and Sara were very attentive, friendly and always available through WhatsApp. The bikes were in perfect condition and the battery lasted for two whole days. Definitely recommend it!!

My wife and I rented two cruiser bikes from ibikes for 2 weeks. The staff were friendly and were sure that our needs were taken care of. The bikes we in excellent condition and everything worked as it should. Although renting two bikes for two weeks can be expensive, we were very pleased with our decision to rent them from Ibikes.
