Scott was a very helpful and honest guy, he drew out a map for us with things we might like to do based on our interests. We saved around 50 euros by booking four excursions with him. He recommended a boat trip and jeep safari based off what we wanted to do. Both were amazing days, we saved an additional 30 euros by having the jet ski option off the back of the boat trip too. We saw him later on in the holiday and he had remembered us and stopped to ask if we had had a good time on the trips. This made us feel like valued customers.

We were looking to hire a mobility scooter for two weeks for a visitor and would highly recommend Charter Mobility. We visited the shop and were advised by Bryan to hire the higher powered model as we are in Puerto Rico and this turned up to be correct as a lower powered model wouldn't cope with the hills. June delivered and collected the scooter calling first to check if we were in and arrived at the specified times. The scooter itself coped well with everything it was asked to do. Would highly recommend this company. NOTE: Don't use google maps to find the shop, check the address of the hotel that it is under.

This is the third time I have rented from BMBikes and as before I have been treated very well by Hugo and his team. Although the Honda PCX 125 scooter I hired has seen a good few KM it is in very good condition and the engine is sweet as a nut. My wife and I went two up around the resort and beyond and it was perfect for this (though I normally ride a much bigger bike). The price for 5 days was cheaper than other local companies and is all inclusive (which others aren’t). Overall I’m very satisfied again.

We rented a 300cc Kawasaki automatic on the managers advice, we travelled into the mountains and along the coastal routes as recommended by the shop manager. We had a fabulous two days, bike was just perfect as was the service received. Highly recommend this place.
