This is a quaint village, which retains its 16th-century architecture, including roads poorly paved with cobblestones. However, the Maserati parked in front of one of the houses, indicates that the village has departed from its mostly agricultural past and now caters to tourists. it is quite lovely nonetheless.

Definitely one of or even the most important symbolic point of Camino de Santiago. I pass by early in the morning, just few minutes before sunrise, and i must admit that this place is something special. But the feellings and emotions you feel here depend on each pilgirm passing by.
