Cantina Sociale

The cooperative winery "Cantina Sociale" was born in 1974 and counts 350 selected small farmers from the province of Siena and also from the neighboring province of Florence. In 2009 the cellar Cantina Sociale was merged with the cellar of Geggiano-Pontignano situated in the heart of Chianti Classico land, in the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga (SI), permitting to obtain high quality productions. The producted wines are: Chianti Classico DOCG, Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, Rosso Toscana IGT, Bianco Toscana IGT, Toscana Merlot IGT, red and white table wines.
