This small town museum is top notch! It tells the story of the central coast, offers interactive displays for kids, and houses the wonderful glass float collection of Dr. Nick Simpson, a local dentist. WOW! What a treat for two book lovers to discover Robert's! We've been by many times but just haven't taken the time to stop in. We were on our way home and earlier than usual so stopped in. We had no idea what to expect from what looked like a small hole in the wall. HA! This place is a maze of books, posters, vintage comics, foreign language books and comics. You name it it's probably here. We spent an hour and that was not nearly long enough. Prices are not cheap if what you're looking for are bargain prices. Definitely worth a stop!!!

What a gem off the beaten highway on the way to Depot Bay. Watch for the little "Blue or Green" marker on the highway that should say "Turn Left Now" ! I was so enchanted to both find and visit this whimsical artsy store. Always one to support local artists, as one writer wrote, so many wonderful pieces, which to choose. Like them, I was hard pressed to just pick up maybe one or two pieces. Many over my budget but also enough within my price range to choose from. Beautifully displayed crafts by local artists. The quality of work they displayed was some of the best I have seen in my travels. I'm from Portland originally and spent all summers as a child and even older adult lounging by the sea in the Lincoln City and Taft area. I have wanted to stop here for YEARS and so thankful I finally took the time on my last road trip from San Francisco. Please folks, support your local artists and communities. Take this road less traveled and see what charm and beauty awaits you. You will Not Be Disappointed!

Little Antique Mall

Reviewed By Vesteel21 - Sunny Valley, United States

My husband and I love looking through antique malls, especially ones that carry actual antiques! The Little Antique Mall is awesome, we spent over 3 hours strolling through the store and found some beautiful and rare items. My husband even found a high dive - a large wine bottle with a spout on the bottom - the exact same as we had at parties during our teenage years. There was so much to look at that I am sure if we go back - which I want to - that we could spend another 3 hours and see items that we missed the first time around.

A gorgeous spot in May for rhodedendrums and tree blooms, in the fall for autumn leaf colors and year round for great photo backgrounds. Many weddings happen here. You can rent out the indoor space in case it rains for your event. Has a kitchen and bathroom too. Very quiet and scenic little stop when you are in Lincoln City. Close to local restaurants, so you can see it after lunch.
