Located on the western ridge of the torrent "gravina", between the archeological sites of the Eternal Father and Petra Magna (or Botromagno), in the rocky landscape Gravina, it is a charming complex in which seem to merge, in a harmonious synthesis of sound and vision, the sacred and the profane . Primary site, perhaps, of pagan cults as a show animal figures carved masks apotropaic and signs disappeared, then went to the Benedictine monks, marks the most ancient symbol of Marian devotion as suggested sources uncertain and a modern image of the Virgin that would replace a more ancient lost. A rectangular plan clearly emphasizes the following reconstruction of the Baroque period. All around peace and serenity, interrupted occasionally by the murmur of the brook, renew the magic of an ancient myth.
