She has traveled the world and draws inspiration for her dishes from the various cuisines she explores. She has an artistic eye for creative plating and developed her presentation techniques while apprenticing with a popular Thai chef in Bangkok.  Join Mor in her kitchen and watch as she masterfully creates three of the gourmet Thai dishes you will be enjoying during your meal. Mor offers a cooking demo that lasts about an hour before you sit down to share the meal. I signed up for the market tour, cooking class, and meal with Pern and had a truly excellent experience. I had been sampling food around Bangkok in the weeks leading up to the cooking class so I could ask her for tips on how to cook these, and she was able to answer all of my questions! She is a great teacher and would explain to me everything we were doing. Also, and importantly for me when it came to asking questions and learning, she speaks english very well which helped me learning tremendously. I would highly recommend her to anyone truly interested in learning about thai cooking in a home setting.

We used I Asia Thailand (we used them last year) and we rented a van with guide Woody and driver. We requested Woody after good comments and feedback. We did a 8 hour day trip and they were punctual, dressed well, excellent English and very informative. We started from Patong and made our way north before stopping for lunch and then east road back to the south to the many view points. The van was clean with great aircon and wifi!!!. We also had our own hand sanitiser and also wipes throughout the day. I would suggest and recommend I Asia Thailand to any family and friends. We would happily use their services again!

After spending 2 weeks in various regions of Thailand, we wrapped up our trip in Bangkok. We had one full day so wanted to see and learn as much as we could. We communicated with Nikki in advance of our trip and he was very friendly, responsive and helpful in recommending which of the many options were not to be missed. Nikki met us at our hotel and arranged tuk-tuks and taxis to get us to the various locations which was easy and fun. Our day was chock-full...we went to Pak Klong Talad flower market (beautiful!), the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha (awe-inspiring), Wat Arun, Reclining Buddha, a longboat ride along the Choaphaya River, and China Town. Nikki shared his knowledge of the area, the sites, the people, and the history. He is outgoing and enthusiastic and he took good care of us. We enjoyed the day immensely and would absolutely recommend a tour with Nikki!

We met Maitree at the BTS station and he brought us the floating market. We walked around the market first while waiting for our long tail boat. We then went through the klongs to another floating market and a temple. Then to an orchid farm. We saw many monitor lizards on the banks which was neat. Back to the market to get ingredients to make pad Thai and try a few things like Thai coffee. Maitree then brought us to his house where he taught us how to make our own pad Thai. YUmmm best pad Thai we had in Thailand! He brought us back to where we wanted to be dropped off in Bangkok.

May, our local guide is fantastic. She was very kind to pick us up at our hotel. We quickly hit it off and chatted about Bangkok during our tour. May took us to places that are off the beaten path to see the real Bangkok. We had a marvelous local Thai lunch by the river. May wanted to show us food that her grandma made for her. Totally authentic Thai food. Besides the Thai puppet show, she took us to see a 200 years old temple that is being restored. No tourists, just two of us. We felt very privileged to see her hometown. May took great care of us and even dropped us off at the next meeting point for our second tour. We appreciate her thoughtfulness and friendliness. Amazing recommended places from her. We felt her genuine friendship. Gave us a really warm feeling. Thanks so much, May. Sincerely appreciated.

Ms Nok was a lovely tour guide, very pleasant and spoke good English and accommodated well. We had a wonderful time visiting all the temples in the itinerary and you get ample time learning about them from Ms Nok and photo-taking time for each. The reclining Buddha was stunning and enormous in size! Take note that lunch is not included in this package, only bottled water, so bring cash as Nok the guide suggested a few local places and well worth it!

I spent ages looking for a good food tour for my boyfriend's birthday (he's a real foodie, so this wasn't an easy task) and I ended up going with this tour after seeing the itinerary and positive reviews. We had our tour yesterday and I'm so glad that we picked this one! Our tour started with a short boat ride down to the market and ended with us sampling some local fruits and desserts. Our guide, Nutth, was very knowledgeable and had an obvious passion for Thai food and it's prominent role in Thai culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We sampled a variety of authentic dishes from places we would never have discovered on our own. They were also able to accommodate my dietary requirements easily, which was a relief. This was such a great tour and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an insight into authentic Thai cuisine (and, as other reviews have mentioned, make sure you arrive hungry!).

Our tour guide Alex was so kind and knowledgeable - we enjoyed spending 4 hours touring Bangkok with him as our guide. I’d imagine not every tour is identical but ours included: 1) sidewalk/street food vendor: chicken and basil 2) a smaller temple/monastery (also had restrooms!) 3) salted pineapple from a street vendor 4) family restaurant serving northern Thai cuisine (and Chang beer!) 6) modern Thai fusion restaurant (where we got a behind the scenes look at them prepping the food) 7) flower market 8) Wat Pho 9) rooftop bar overlooking the river and Wat Arun Alex took some great photos of us throughout the tour. We were full and exhausted by the end but it was so much fun. Highlights were the tuk tuk ride itself, Alex’s insights into Thai history and culture, and being literally the only people at Wat Pho at nighttime where we made wishes and laid lotuses on the stuppas as an offering. Don’t forget a scarf of something to cover your shoulders! I had forgotten one, but during one stop Alex was kind enough to swing by a friend’s house to grab a scarf for me. After we said goodbye, he had the tuk tuk driver take us back to our hotel at the end of the night. The tourism industry has been hit hard here because of coronavirus fears, but we are so glad we came to Thailand and specifically on Alex’s tour. It really was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
