We visited Nurellari for one day where we both had the wine tasting, the dinner and stayed for one night. The house itself is amazing and one of the most beautiful houses we’ve seen on our trip around Albania. The room was great and again one of the best rooms we stayed in during our trip Fatos was really friendly and had a lot to tell about their history. The wines we tasted were really good, especially one of their white wines and their red wine montemeca, but it was a shame most of the red wines were sold out, even though that must have been a good sign ;). All in all it was a very good experience and we can only recommend others to stop by and see their place and taste the wine

Albanian Trip

We're so lucky to be in this business and have Albania and the Balkans as our offices. The settings are always beautiful (in the worst case) and even breathtaking in so many cases. And then we show all this amount of beauty and special realities (historical and recent ones)to the cream of visitors from all over the World. Earning life in such a setting and surrounding is just pure luck and a huge luxury so all we can do is be very happy, excited and conscious of our position. We love it and we'll continue working to get better and better and try to offer more and more special and unique points of view to our country Albania and our region, the Balkans. We're pretty good at identifying your wishes and building up specially tailored tours. In our CV we have the Lepidopterist Tour of Albania, the Albanian Gangster Tour, the Botanical Tour of Albania, the Bunkers & Beaches, the Ancients & Ottomans, the Albanian Undertaker Tour, the Cool'inary Tour & ownership of a Memorabilia Collection.

My wine tour was part of a day trip I did to Duress. The winemaker was very welcoming & enthusiastic about his product. I toured the vineyards, tasted wine in the production area & then was taken to their newly opened restaurant overlooking a lake. I tried 3 different wines - Tempranillo, Merlot & Cab Sauvignon which was served w/a very nice platter w/local meats, cheeses, olives & bread. There was even a tasting of Raki too since this vineyard produces olive oil, wines & raki all using natural methods - no pesticides!! I could have spent the day in this peaceful welcoming place so don't miss it!
