Il Frantoio 1484 Riding Center offers excursions in the countryside surrounding Cortona to riders with some experience as well as lessons for all levels in one of our two rings. Our instructors are experienced and FISE certified and we have close to 30 school horses. We speak English, French and Italian. Rooms in our agriturismo are also available for guests interested in horseriding holidays. For 2015 we will be offering "Ride, Wine and Dine" rides to nearby wineries for tastings and meals. We will also offer horse-drawn carriage rides.

In the village it is possible to visit our direct sale space where you can buy some typical Tuscan products such as: Chianti Colli Fiorentini wines, Extra-virgin Olive Oil, Vin Santo, Jams. Recently we have refurbished a large reception area called "LA SCUDERIA" ideal for ceremonies, meeting and tastings, also accessible to handicapped people. Rocca alla Volpe is a family size farm spreading over six hectares of land on the Pratomagno's hills. Created on 2016 the farm produces traditional sparkling wines (hand crafted), red wine, dessert wine but also extra virgin olive oil (stone milled), vegetables and mushrooms on logs.
