Our guide Gregory picked us up from hotel promptly and gave us a brief description of the tour and history of the island. He was very knowledgeable about the island, history and amazing general knowledge. The car was a very comfortable Mercedes and he made us feel like VIP’s. The trip took us up the East coast to Candelaria, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and further viewing points on to the North east peninsula of Anaya. This area is quiet and unspoilt where we had several photo opportunities and short breaks before moving on to the rugged coastline and village of Benjo where we stopped for lunch at a small fish restaurant overlooking the sea. We were offered plenty of time at all the stopping points and felt that the time was ‘ours’ The afternoon was a trip through the mountains and laurel jungle with more marvellous photo opportunities which Gregory took many of us on our camera. We had a short walk in the controlled area of the jungle before retuning back to our hotel in the south. This was a very enjoyable experience with a friendly driver / guide, throughly recommended if you want a personal tour over the island.

The communication with them was wonderful! Eliazar was extremely responsive, helpful, and fast. I went on the La Gomera tour with them, although the tour was outsourced to a different company. The tour itself was great. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and the driver was also very friendly. We had enough time to visit places, take photos, and enjoy some leisure time. We had some hickups regarding the pickup location. But luckily the guide was able to find me. Overall I'd still recommend the agent because of their good service. And La Gomera is definitely worth a visit!

Terrible experience. They sell you a cable car tickets for more than double price of same cable car tickets if you booked regularly. The reason for this steep price incline is because they will also give you a permit to climb that mountain. But be aware! This permit is for free, as this is national park. You can obtain it for free yourself (but takes 2 or 3 weeks) by emailing the National Park (google PICO DEL TEIDE ACCESS PERMIT). Next, there is often very windy up there so cable car doesn't work most days. They won't tell you. Even the same morning they won't tell you. We ended driving up there 2 times, just to learn that cable car is closed for a day. They do it on purpose so they can offer you some alternative hiking in the area for the same price. Which is of course not the same thing. They won't return you the money for cancelled plans (and your few hours in car wasted), instead they will make excuses about some permit etc, which is just a bs. Tl;dr: Think twice before booking, cable car won't work most days and when it won't, you will get only half of your money refunded.
