Zach was a great teacher and host. The recipe was easy to follow and my wife and I really enjoyed the evening. The chocolate was delicious and it was exciting to see how we could make it ourselves, following Zach's well organized directions. The size of the class with two couples was perfect and helped create a fun intimate environment for a date night. I highly recommend signing up for one of Zach's classes.

We were signed up for a cooking class but for unknown reasons the class was cancelled. However, we were still taken care of and offered a wine tasting. Tom was great during our tasting and had many of us laughing while telling us about the various wines. I can’t wait to actually take a cooking class.
