My sisters and I celebrated our last night in Jaipur with a class in Rajasthani cooking from Chef Lokash. We had a marvelous time learning to prepare chai, batti, garlic chutney and other delicious dishes. An ideal blend of shared cooking tips and hands-on preparation. Dining on our creations with the chef and his delightful wife, Geetika, was great fun. A terrific, authentic Jaipur experience.

My partner and I visited Suman in her kitchen in February. Suman is not only a great chef but a wonderful teacher. She made us feel very welcome in her home and made sure to give us the great tips to Indian cooking that you don't get from recipes. Suman was interested about how we cook Indian food at home and showed us ways to improve and better the process. Suman was very interesting to talk to, happy to share with us about Jaipur, her life and her family. Her kitchen is located in a quiet and very scenic part of the town away from the hustle and bustle of central Jaipur. Thank you Suman, I would highly recommend this cooking course.

You start the course by going to the market and Payal is giving plenty of informations about Indian food, spices and vegetables. You create your menu and buy what you need. Then you cook it and Payal is a great and passionate teacher. You end the lesson by eating what you have done and it’s great. I would definitely recommend this experience to my friends.
