Reviewed By Valério PIt is located at walking distance from the beach through nice path across the native vegetation. At some points of the path the slope is not easy, so be prepared. From the apartment, each with a private varanda, the guests can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of Lagoa do Meio, the ocean and surrounding hills. It is very quiet. The breakfast is served only after 9 a.m. If you want to enjoy the beach or hike earlier, you should prepare your own breakfast in the apartment’s kitchen. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Reviewed By daisysunshin3We went for a wedding, and while we spoke no Portuguese, felt welcomed by the smiles, the wildlife, the housekeeping, and the overall vibes of this magical place. There is a beautiful gentle hike nearby (~45min one way) that takes you around the ocean so you can watch the waves come into the beach -- go down to the beach and turn left until you can't anymore and you'll find that trail. I am not an avid hiker, and was able to do the hike relatively easily in flip flops. Also, the beach sand was SOOO FINE. Worth the journey. Also, to get there, we hired Rosa Tur (Pedro) was amazing - punctual, kind, and a gentleman.

It is situated only 400 meters from Central Beach, in a region near the shopping center, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and many shopping options, being also the 1.5 km from the Atlantic Mall, and 2 km from the Bus Terminal Camboriú . The flat Laranjeira Concept brought a new concept in lodging in the city of Camboriú, a different flat, with valet parking, breakfast and a great location. Opened on December 30, 2015 the flat has a completely new and comfortable facilities to provide our guests the very best in comfort and service.

Reviewed By vavokrieckWe arrived in Balneário Camboriu 1 day earlier, and decided we would try and find a hotel on the spot. We downloaded an app and found Laranjeiras. We were greeted by Carlos, the receptionist, who immediately found our reservation and showed us to our room. The whole hotel looks refreshed and new. It might have been renovated recently. Price was fair, and if ever in BC again we will be there again.

Unfriendly and unorganized
Reviewed By ostbanditWe had booked there - and everything was advertised as „hotel“. Two weeks later we got an email stating out we have to bring towels by our selves. So far so good. Before we arrived we only could communicate with someone via WhatsApp- and that was quite strange. However, this is Brazil and lots of stuff only works via WhatsApp. When we arrived there were some guys standing around, handed us the keys and we had to find the way to our rooms by our selves. Not very welcoming, especially when the elevator you wanna use doesn’t even have a button - apparently that’s the way they take things out of order. The room/apt we got was clean - but smelled very much like chlorine- not so nice when you arrive with a baby. The bed in this apartments are about 120 x 195, which was a big surprise since we had to sleep in the bed with the baby. In the evenings they make kind of a party until 10 pm - so if your room faces the pool area, prepare yourself for a loud evening. I have been to many hotels, but I have never ever experienced an unfriendly staff like there. It was outrageous when I tried to get my car, and the guy dealing with it first showed me it was more important to play with his mobile, and after he was finished with whatever he was doing, he preferred to help another guest - and all that while I was carrying a cranky baby with the age of one! Prepare yourself also for needed parking skills if you go there in high season and some waiting time to enter and exit this place. They don’t have enough parking space there to provide one single parking for each car, which results in a lane of up to three cars in a row where only the first one can exit. So if you’re parked „at the wall“ you will have 2 cars in front of you which have to be moved before you can exit. “Fun fact”: there is no network in the area except for “vivo” (Brazilian Provider) - and the WiFi in the apartment is as fast as an old turtle with 2 legs only. And they even turn your slow source of communication OFF on the day of Check out, at about 8 am. (Check out is from 8 - 11). So if you have to download maps or anything else, do it either somewhere else with reception or long time before you check out. You might ask yourself why I still give 2 stars instead of 1 or 0, well, first of all I’m a friendly person, and secondly the infrastructure of the apartment was up to date, washing machine with dry function, micro wave, oven, tv and even a little space for your personal „churrasco” on the balcony.

Reviewed By silageThis aparthotel is situated directly on the Inglesis Beach of Santa Catarina island. Has good parking, excellent front desk and cleaning service available. The apartments are fully equipped each with its own kitchen and babeque and can sleep up to 4 people. Within walking distance from nice seafood restaurants and supermarkets. Famtastic beach.

Excellent hotel near the beach
Reviewed By DRH_LondonUKThis is a lovely place to stay if you’re visiting Florianopolis. It’s a minute or so from the excellent beach and very close to lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean with very pleasant staff. The breakfast is simple but good with a range of juices, ham, cheese, bread and fruit. I’ll certainly return next time I am back in the area and would recommend the place highly - it really value for money.
