DISAPOINTING
Reviewed By Skevi KWe have been there for a week for our summer vacations. The apartments are very old and need to be renovated. The bathroom is terrible, very old and not cleaned properly. We had to buy cleaning liquids from the supermarket. The wardrobe is old and smells bad. There is a small inadequate kitchen. We had to buy a dishwashing liquid and sponge to wash the dishes since the cleaning lady never did. We were 3 persons and there were only 2 water glasses. We paid €100 per night and the sheets / towels were changed every 3 days !!. The breakfast is served by the owners and is very modest for the price we paid (they serve an owful coffee and no juice - just an orange liquid full of water and sugar) . There are a lot of mosquitos and bees. We told the owner that the price is very high for what they offer and she told us that we are right but we have to be more careful when we choose a hotel / appartment !!!! The only good thing is the sea view.

Tra mare e montagna in pieno relax

Il mio appartamento aveva una vista incantevole sul mare. Piscina e parco giochi per bambini dove potersi rilassare in tutta tranquillità. Accoglienza ottima. Lo abbiamo utilizzato come luogo di partenza per visitare tutta la penisola di Kassandra.

Villa Despina, a beautiful complex of apartments just a few steps from the sea, is situated 2.5 km from Polichrono on the Cassandra peninsula in Khalkidhiki. The apartments are in a quiet and serene setting that is at the close reach to the areas tourist, cultural and shopping attractions. It is in a 80-year-old olive grove with garden in gently-sloped area with a view on the Torroneos bay and the Sithonia peninsula.

Reviewed By Ioana_16_RIt was my first time at Villa Despina, but i cannot wait for the next holiday in the same place. It was a pleasure for me to meet the very kind, friendly staff and also, to live for 2 weeks in a cosy apartment with a spectacular sea view. Speaking of it, the sea was very clear, with a quiet, clean beach. Nearby, there is a shadowy garden where children can play while their parents enjoy a lot of cocktails and fresh drinks from the beach bar. I cannot wait to come again.

The place is situated on a hill which makes it cool on hot Greek summer days,thanks to the cool sea breeze.We found other places quite unbearable because of the heat.The nature within the property and around it is also amazing.Beautiful and well tended garden where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and quiet drinks at night! It is just a 3 minute drive to the famous crystal clear waters of Chalkidiki!!! Lots of restaurants and beach bars in the area.The owners are wonderful and very helpful.Wifi connection everywhere! We will definitely stay there again!

Δεν θα πω για τα έπιπλα που ήταν πάρα πολύ παλιά,το κλιματισμό χαλασμένο δεν λειτουργούσε το ίντερνετ ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ,το ανεμιστηρακι στο μπάνιο όταν άναβες το φως έκανε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο,όταν έκανες μπάνιο το νερό έξω από την ντουζιερα έκανε λίμνη και δεν υπήρχε καν σφουγγαριστρα,μείναμε μια μέρα χωρίς ζεστό νερό και το κακό είναι ότι ενώ για το ανεμιστηρακι στο μπάνιο το κλιμαστικο ενημερώσαμε την διεύθυνση δεν ήρθε ποτέ να το δει,όταν δεν είχε ζεστό νερό ενώ παίρναμε τηλέφωνο δεν απάντησε ποτέ και δεν ήταν κανένας στην υποτιθέμενη ρεσεψιόν. Παρά πολύ με διάφορα.

Έτυχε να γνωρίσουμε ένα κύριο ο οποίος έμενε στο διπλανό σπίτι που ανήκει στο κατάλυμα και μας είπε ότι έρχεται τα τελευταία 7 χρόνια στο κατάλυμα. Δεν απορησαμε γιατί μιας και την επόμενη φορά που θα πάμε Χαλκιδική κ εμείς πάλι εκεί θα μείνουμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε για ολα

Reviewed By ΜΑΡΙΑ Κη τοποθεσια τελεια! ειναι διπλα το σουπερμαρκετ, οι ταβερνες και η θαλασσα απεχει μολις 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια! εχει θεα στη θαλασσα. το δωματιο μεγαλο , καθαρο, με ωραια διακοσμηση και ανετο, το μπανιο ειναι εξαιρετικο !! Ειναι λιγο ακριβο αλλα αξιζει!
