OK experience in a nice place
Reviewed By NimishSinghThe goods: 1) Rooms were really nice and served the purpose 2) The lake view was nice and the location was great 3) There are really good places to eat within a km distance of the hotel The oks Service and food : One of the worst breakfast buffet, I have ever had in india . The service during the breakfast was also really bad with any request being not listened to . We did not have good experience on any day. Better option is to skip breakfast and have it in nearby restaurants. While room service and housekeeping was fine, the response from most of the people cold(may be a big city syndrome-have had much better experiences in marriot properties)

Good business hotel
Reviewed By H K AHotel reception is at first floor, looks slightly smaller compared to size of hotel, however staff was efficient and fast for check in process. Room service is like lightening speed, food quality can be improved by the hotel, presentation was OK. Breakfast was OK, not to many varieties and it is self service.

Reviewed By dipseemI book this hotel from Oyo.what I saw in the picture actually room was different too small, dirty room and the cockroach is there worst room and in the morning complimentary breakfast they gave us only toast bread better and jam that’s it. I book for 4days but while checking I saw the room and I cancel my booking I stayed for one night just because it’s was raining But good part is in the reception there was three gentleman they are very nice to us even after check out they allow us to leave our luggage there and they guide us how to go to MG Road. Overall it’s a bad experience for us?

Horrible experience used google map etc but still of no good use. The contact number provided was also not reachable and no guidance at all. Plus I did not get the refund either.

Reviewed By Deepakk3445Horrible location n atmosphere. Mosquitos, no fresh air or light, dingy surroundings...Sad to see Oyo lowering standards to this extent. Fire Risk with the construction of the hotel. I seriously doubt/ m very sure this hotel doesn't have fire dept clearance. In case of fire, guests will get roasted live since there are no escape routes at all. Dingy housekeeping n room service. Simply avoid unless one wants to stay close to the Sahar airport at a low cost.

Definite no for female travellers
Reviewed By aishwaryaj59Please be extremely careful while booking this place for stay. I had booked a room in their Prabhadevi property.. Was told I was getting special women only rate as I was planning to book for a long stay. I reached the guest house around12 am as my flight landed late and was greeted by a completely drunk caretaker who could not even stand straight. He then went on to show me 2 rooms with unmade beds and dirty linen on the floor. I finally had to make do with a dirty room with a dirty soiled bathroom with 2 single beds. Extremely dissapointed. Please do not book at all.
