Reviewed By Sharon HWe loved the location and on the internet, the property look fabulous but was rather disappointing. Email communication was so positive, then on arrival, our proof of payment was asked for again, as they had lost it and the whole feel was rather unpleasant.

Furniture needs to be replaced- couch not comfy- bed changed but Still sinking like titanic, I continued to have backaches House keeping not on par- you have to constantly report to their manager for your room to be well serviced. I was always locked out of my room- like I had to now announce my comings Tebogo was always helpful Boetie was helpful but sometimes took complaints lightly Florence eventually serviced my room to my satisfaction This place has potential- it is just not well taken care of and the staff gets away with murder!!!

Horrible service
Reviewed By claudiasing1First day we stayed without electricity for a couple of hours, at night, right after our arrival. No torches were available and no Wi-Fi ofc. Didn’t receive any excuses. Second day we came back at night and found out our rooms hadn’t been done (one at all, second left incomplete). We were offered to move to the next one and we accepted. They then offered us one complimentary night and probably know we wouldn’t have accepted as we were tourists and people usually book their whole stay prior to arrival. Didn’t reply in a timely manner to WhatsApp messages that they started to send. No buffet breakfast, no eating options at all after 7 pm and no fruit after 4. They provided meal vouchers and couldn’t be split throughout the day. Slow service Would never go back again

Reviewed By NMB257We stayed here to watch the test match at the Wanderers. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the ground, and 3 minutes from the restaurants and shops at Melrose arch. Really comfortable apartment, well equipped and serviced daily. Thoroughly recommend this place either for a business stay if working in Melrose arch or leisure for the cricket. Very safe.

Reviewed By Go583179The non smoking rooms are not and the surrounding area is very poor. The lift was broken as well and the area is not a tourist area. The bathroom was dirty and the beds and cleanliness was poor. Not worth the money!

Reviewed By naa215Well equipped, serviced and centrally located in a leafy, secure residential area. All the convenience of a hotel but a little more soul with super helpful and friendly hosts and staff. Not far from good local restaurants and also the big shopping hubs (Hyde Park, etc)/business district are easily reached as the residence is located off a main thoroughfare.
