Reviewed By champilouisL’hôtel est bien situé, au centre de Tanguieta. Il possède un bar et un restaurant avec une belle terrasse sur le toit. On y mange bien; c'est là qu'on prend le petit déjeuner. Il y a du potentiel. Les chambres sont grandes, les salles de bain bien équipées. Service de blanchisserie.

Reviewed By GorealerTout d'abord, chambres sales, draps sales, pas de serviette, pas de gel douche, personnel grossier et xénophobe, après avoir payé 20 500 CFA par jour pendant 3 nuits, ils ne me laisseront même pas utiliser la salle de gym, ils disent que je paie le plus 1500 CFA, pas même une couette pour dormir, pas de télécommande ni d'interrupteur pour la climatisation, je n'ai reçu aucun soin du tout. En fait, le dernier jour où j'ai essayé de me plaindre, la réceptionniste m'a presque battu, s'il vous plaît, c'est un piège mortel, en particulier pour les étrangers qui essaient de traverser l'aéroport international de Cotonou pour la première fois après une promotion commerciale et culturelle, je ne ne recommande pas du tout… First of all, dirty rooms, dirty bedsheet, no towel, no shower jel, Rude and xenophobic staffs, after paying 20,500 CFA per day for 3 nights, they wont let me even use the gym, they say i most pay 1500 CFA, not even a duvet to sleep with, no remote or switch for the Ac, i didn’t get any care at all. As matter of facts on my last day when i tried to complain the receptionist almost beat me up, please this a death trap especially for Foreigner who is trying to travel through the Cotonou international airport for the first time after business and cultural promotion, I don’t recommend at all…
