Reviewed By Constantine CI travel frequently to Brussels for business and stay every time in the Adagio Hotel . I always feel welcomed, and the rooms are convenient and clean. The reception is 24/7 and you can get snacks anytime from the reception shop. The hotel is ideally situated, especially to get to the European Institutions, but also to Place Luxembourg and not far from the Grand Place.

Reviewed By angjosmagnificent watertight , average price , very centric, breakfast without much luxury, but well to undertake a day of walking, typical French, with sandwich, cruasant, scrambled eggs , bacon , juice and coffee,with less than 4 nights , there is no cleaning service , but also not necessary,if I return it will be a good option to repeat hotel.

Poor value hotel in a less than desirable area
Reviewed By Spam BPoor value for money. Parking was €27. If you used flexipark, it was €12.50 per day for the same parking spot?. I really feel cheated. Room was mildly clean. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all for the kids. The ventilation makes clanging noises at bigjt. Nice but barebone staff in place. Area is about 25 minutes walk from the centre and is quite dodgy... Not recommended.

They have free lockers to store you luggage after checkout if you plan on exploring. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to most places. We had a great stay and can’t recommend this place enough!

False advertising and rude!
Reviewed By travelguideinfoWe booked a sea view apartment! We got it reconfirmed and have the email plus call prior to booking. When we arrived we were disappointed as we got a city view room. Called them and last was so rude saying it’s my fault for booking the wrong room. Though I have proof beachfront and sea view.

Reviewed By LodeponceletStayed here for 1 night. Not our best stay at the beach. When comming in the room the heating was off and the beds were not made. (We had to make our own beds??) In the morning we came to the conclusion that we had No towels. (€4 rent for 1 set). The kitchen was ok equiped. The lobby was nice. The rooms could have been nicer. Do not expect Hotel services.

Rude and non helpfull
Reviewed By 2828melBooked a room but my flight got cancelled, so contacted them within 24 hours of initial booking to ask them to change the dates of my stay. But they rudely refused while saying I booked a non refundable night (I booked the only available option). I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked for a change of date... never again for me.

Good but could be better
Reviewed By DFWJWe made our booking via booking.com. The studio received was not corresponding the images of the studio we booked. When we arrived, a friend in Ghent was dropping us off. When we checked in (all via an intercom system) the host noticed there were 3 people iso the 2 booked. We received an immediate lecture that 3 people could not stay in the booked accommodation. That was never our plan. It could have been addressed differently. The person just dropped us off and wanted to make sure all was OK during check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. The information folder was incomplete ad crappy looking. Our 1 hour late check-out request was granted but in the end we did not need it. Upon leaving one of the hosts was cleaning another studio. She asked us: are you leaving, did you leave the key? By the way did you pay? Yes we did via Booking. Ok Bye! That was it. OK place but for 3 star the service, even if you want to limit contact, could have a different approach
