The area nearby was quiet and there are several shops. The small kitchen, fridge and cutlery were enough for making something to eat. In addition, check-in and check-out can be done fully electronically. Definately we will book again in October!!

Our Appartements Ferchergasse are a family run business and so we will welcome you personally.We offer you 14 individually styled apartments in different sizes. All flats are fully furnished and also the kitchen comes with all cooking utensils you might need. Standard of each flat are free WLAN, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and SAT TV. During your stay we will be happy to assist you with all your questions. Do not hesitate to ask us. The infrastructure provided in the neighbourhood to the apartments is really excellent with many shopping facilities, supermarkets, banks, a post office and some good restaurants. The access to public transport is excellent too. The next bus, tram and subway stop are just a few meters away.

The staff is extremely helpful with any Vienna and practical question you may have. it is not super central, but two blocks from the tram that takes 15 min into the center or 15 min into the Viennese woods and also right on the rapid transit if you need to go to another part of Vienna. the apartment was spotless clean and had everything you could possibly need (even a fully equipped kitchen allowing me to bake a cake ;)

Reviewed By margheritapagano111the position is perfect, located in the center of the city. The really appreciated the service provided by the staff (everyday they came in the room once we were outside in order to clean it, wash our dishes, order the beds, etc..). Really satisfied!

Reviewed By mvim99Excellent approach of people at the reception in both shifts, which we had the opportunity to see. Nice and well equipped room. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection. The possibility of charging an electric car was a requirement for choosing accommodation, but we were still pleasantly surprised by the possibility of charging the vehicle to full capacity.

Reviewed By polinau578Let me first tell you the pluses and then explain why I still didn’t enjoy the stay. Pros: + Pretty clean (if you don’t check what’s under the bed) + Modern design, “fresh” building + Quiet + Democratic price + Free parking Cons: - Poor, average breakfast: 5 types of salami, 2 types of cheese, sliced watermelon as the only fruit, cheap machine coffee etc. Check the photos. - Tricky reservations department. I clearly wrote in the email that I would like to book the Eco-Suite WITH a balcony. Instead of this they booked the room without it and didn’t tell me. Ok, misunderstanding happens. BUT! - The receptionist refused to relocate us saying that she didn’t have free rooms with a balcony. Which was lies because all of them were free. We didn’t meet any single person on the floor during our stay and from the outside it was obviously seen. Once again, check the photos. She was probably just lazy to change the room for us. I should add that we stayed with a 7-months old baby, who goes to sleep at 8 p.m. So, instead of enjoying the evening at the balcony after our child fell asleep, we had to spend the evening in silence on our phones. So, it’s ok for a one-night stay but don’t expect special treatment. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel for another family trip with a baby.
