The programme ‘the Essentials’ was of very high quality and should be recommended! Our ‘teacher’ spoke good english and was very patient explaining us the background of burgundy, burgundy wine as well as how to taste wine! We have learnt a lot and we would definitely say that we now can go taste wine with much better knowledge. The blind tasting fits very well with the course structure, making it more memorable and interactive. There is also another course which takes you through similar knowledge but offer you more expensive wines to taste (grand cru and premier only)! Book in advance!
