This is more of a response to the Covid-19 event and the lack of being able to contact this company and to receive a refund for a prepaid custom tour. We booked and paid for our tour in February 2020. When our cruise was cancelled because of Covid-19 we requested a refund in May 2020. We received no response to this request. The next time we received an email from them was to rate the tour that we would have taken in October 2020. In trying to contact them now we receive a bounce back to the emails that we send them. Covid-19 did not shut down the internet so contact should have been made to let us know the situation of their business.

We were picked up by our guide, Nalin, at the cruise port. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Sri Lanka. We drove to the tea plantation and had an interesting tour and then he took us back to Colombo and to the main highlights in the town. We stopped for a tea tasting and to purchase good quality tea. Nalin was a very good guide, a very safe driver and went out of his way to make our day as enjoyable as he could. I would highly recommended him.

The trip with our Private Driver (Wajira) was absolutely perfect! He was professional, friendly, funny and showed us many beautiful places we might not have discovered without him. Our wellbeing was his priority and we felt really safe and taken care of. Furthermore he was always punctual which is very valuable as we have had not so good experiences with punctuality the second week without him. We organisation with Yenara was easy and professional! Top trip to Sigiriya and Dambulla Cave Temple. Roy was first class in his driving in making sure I got there and back to my Colombo hotel safety. He made sure everything I needed and wanted covered was catered for. Communications leading up to the pick up were great. Sigiriya is an excellent heritage and is well worth the visit, rain or shine. Dambulla Cave Temple is a large majestic site and only a short distance by car from Sigiriya. 10 out of 10 all round.

We booked Smart Travellers for cab services during our Lanka tour. Anuradha was our guide who who helped us in getting to know Sri Lanka better.
