I didn't know what to expect but this was an amazing day. Donald was so delightful. He went out of his way to make sure we saw everything. Dianna was sweet and cook a great meal that we enjoyed overlooking the ocean. It is a casual, laid back day but full of interesting things to learn. I'd recommend this to anyone heading to Freeport.

Hida is a nice person working in a sometimes fluctuating situation. But please understand that while her vehicle seats six, two of those should be children or you will not be comfortable. The day we were with her seemed scattered and we got back to the ship as they were calling our names for the last time and getting ready to pull the gangway. I never thought I would be “that” group of people running to catch a ship.

Charlie catered to our kids who were totally interested in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies locals. He took us around and explained all about where and how they made the movie. It was cool. He was helpful and polite. You tell Charlie what you are looking for and he will accommodate you because he's a local. He was honest and def worked for his money with us. lol. I live in Freeport on Grand Bahama Island. I have been to Grum Ma's Cultural Center three (3) times with guests that stayed with us. I want to compliment the Cultural Center. Each time I learned more and more about the Bahamian Culture. The tour and discussion of the director of Grum Ma's house was informative and very entertaining. We enjoyed our tea and homemade Bahamian Desserts while learning about the Bahamas. It is an amazing island. The Bahamians are kind, generous and very hospitable. I highly recommend this tour and so do all of my guests.
