We called in as I was collecting stamps along our Route 66 trip and this is a stop. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and they even took our photo to post on their Facebook pages, such a really nice touch.

You will really have a learning experience you would not get from just any museum. Make sure you get a Foot Leonard Wood Day Pass before you go on post. There are several Museums and a Cave, too.

Please go and see this museum! No charge to get in, they close everyday at about 3:00! Go and see the relics and all the pictures! You will need at least three hours to see this place. They also have a very cool gift shop!

We arrived shortly before 3pm. They do a quick background check & take a photo.its a drive to museum. The history of the army corps of engineers is well explained, from each era of history. I wish I had time to see it all, it closes at 4

Although I love museums in general (yes, I am that sort of person), I was not expecting to enjoy the Ft. Leonard Wood Museum as much as I did. I had a lot of fun looking at all of the exhibits, especially my personal favourite, the section of the Berlin Wall.
