Definately need to visit when in Bruges. Last of the breweries in the town!! Grear beers, lovely history and beautiful views of the city!! Recomedning the XL tour with beer tasting!

You are not allowed entrance into the area without setting up an appointment first. Anyway, defintely worth to visit the place that makes "the best beer in the world", and enjoy the Westvleteren beers at the nearby restaurant "In de Vrede". A must visit when in Belgium.

The people were very friendly. We had some complimentary Flemish biscuits made one at a time by an old local lady which were fantastic with the legendary Stille Nacht.
