Reviewed By TengCorreaSearch for places to stay in in Dapitan and this first comes out. True to its name, the place feels like a well-maintained home that has been passed on through generations. There is a consistent cozy vibe to the place from the lobby to corners in the hallway where you can rest or take photos. The room is cozy yet also modern - well-lit, airconditioned and bed I had is big enough for 2-3 people. They have a cabinet too where you can hang your clothes. This was important to me at that time since I've been travelling for days and some of my clothes need airdrying. Location-wise, it is walking distance or a quick tricycle ride away from the market and boulevard. Room fee includes an ala carte breakfast of your choice. They open as early as 6AM which is perfect if you intend to start your day early. Staff may not always be on the reception desk but they literally come out in seconds after you ring the bell.

Reviewed By Eduard Rwe booked via Agoda for our accommodation for Zamboanga Visit, there was a misrepresentation on the room type, we were looking for a room with three single beds, Agoda, showed this hotel with an affordable price. However, upon arrival, the room for three was in a different price, which was higher compared on the Agoda website. upon discussion with Agoda and the Hotel representative. Marcian Business Hotel accommodated our request to have the room without paying the price difference. The hotel values its commitment to the hotel guests.

Reviewed By jooioodWe stayed for a day last month, flushing of toilet not working. the staff are good but the management are worst total worst, there's no manager on floor no security on duty your safety in this hotel is very unsafe,we have a accident during our stay yung sister ko i nopen lng nyu ang sliding door tapos biglang nahulog galing 5th floor thanks god walang na saktan sa nang yari, Ang masama pa don kami na ang na aksindenti kami pa ang pinag bayad sa damage eh. kasalanan ba naman na wala silang maitenance check sa mga room pag mag check out. Loose ang sliding door.Kami pa pinag bayad, Ang masaklap lng sinabihan kami na wala daw sila magagawa kasi kami may kasalan. hindi ko to e recommend tong hotel to kasi your safety is not guarantees dito.

Will not go back to GV hotel Dipolog City
Reviewed By mimifrommanilaI stayed with them from June 13 to 19. Here are my observations: 1. Staff are nice but does not provide good customer service 2. Does not provide complimentary drinking water (hot & cold). You have to pay for bottled water and hot water (PhP5.00) 3. Dirty toilet, when you ask for housekeeping, they just throw the trash 4. They change the bedding and towels every other day. 5. Location was perfect, heart of Dipolog City 6. I feel unsafe, because the master keycard for opening all the doors is in the info booth, and anyone can get it.

Please make sure that employees are equipped with proper training and seminars so that they can provide the high quality of service to the guests. Then make sure that the establishment looks like Home/Hotel, since during my visit it looks like a apartment. Lastly, please be advice that this is not a pure criticism, this is actually a constructive criticism to make sure that your business is highly compliant with the department of tourism guidelines and international ratings. Remember, guests pays for the service that they deserve. Hoping that this might help you guys. Til we meet again!

Reviewed By traipsingchroniclesGood location since it is a few minutes drive to the airport and to the pueblo. A stone's throw away from the Ateneo de Zamboanga and the Cathedral. It is accessible by public transportation and is also near the terminal for Pasonanca-bound jeepneys. There are quite a number of food establishments within the vicinity and the Canelar Barter is nearby. The place has outdated fixtures but it is clean and is in relatively quiet environment. Wifi connection is strong but the mobile network signal is weak inside the room. The hotel staff were likewise friendly and helpful.
