Reviewed By PeterugaThis is not a very nice hotel. See the pictures. Reception is efficient. You can drink some beers downstairs. It is not really a bar but there is some seating places. The room at floor 8 is not too noisy. TV offers English channels which is a big plus. Be careful if you turn on the shower. I got very hot water over my feet since you have to step in the shower and lean forward to open the water flow. The elevators are good. Close to nice bars and shops. 15 minutes from the airport. Uber costs around 20 reas. For one night business stay ok.

Aside from 2 younger gentlemen who would work in the afternoons, the other staff was rude, unfriendly, or just outright ignorant. I had a friend who was a bit too intoxicated to drive come into my room to sober up, eat something and drink some water, This person was in my room for less than 45 minutes. The staff harassed my intoxicated friend, forcing her to write things down while she was in no state to do so. Even after seeing the person come down 45 minutes later, the employee informed me i was going to be charged as an extra person spending the night. So right off the bat, harassing guests, and then charging for things that don't need to be charged. The breakfast, although it was good, the employee who was in charge of that was the most unfriendly person. I was the only one in the dining room, Yet i received no good morning, no hello, no how was your food, Nothing at all. Upon check out, the staff continued to hassle me, would not negotiate with me at all about charging me for having an extra person. I asked to speak to a manager, and she was even ruder and more ignorant. You would think someone would realize losing a customer wouldn't be worth an extra 10$, but clearly the intelligence isn't strong in this group. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Reviewed By MArasu2000Stayed here when on a short visit to Uberlandia. Had my own concerns, even when I entered the hotel. The room was very small. The bathrooms were very small too. Surprisingly, there was no shampoos too. The Internet was ok, the breakfast and staff were average There is no elevator in the hotel, however, I found a small mechanism that moved the luggage alone in a mini-elevator kind-of-machine (first time in my life) The location of the hotel was one good thing, just opposite to a large mall with lots of restaurants and cinemas. The area around the hotel - I was warned by a local friend is not safe and definitely looks the same. During the time that I visited, there was road construction - so, this added to more congestions on the road outside the hotel, making the entry access very difficult.
