Very nice property
Reviewed By Benjamin WGreat location, easy to find, very clean and totally remodeled. It was a bit pricey but very convenient. I was overcharged in the end by 15 dollars which I am disputing. I originally booked in December but had to change the dates due to COVID travel issues. They were very accomodating about changing the dates. I'm not sure how or why I was overcharged but I'll get that resolved.

Reviewed By EzaakWe booked Panorama Hotel Tiberias for 4 nights through bookings.com and as per the manager of the hotel we had the best room in the hotel as it had balcony. On returning late evening, realized how bad the room and bath room as one has to stand next to the toilet to have shower and every thing inside was patched up old and bad. Not able to lay on bed as the old bed mattress had worn/ broken springs and did not support the body weight and slid off the side. Bed sheets were old and worn and torn on edges.Air con was so old and making so much noise we had to turn it off. The road noise was unbearable as the hotel is located by the main road and roundabout. All of them nice photos you see on line are false and has got nothing to do with this hotel. Called Hotels.com after midnight and told them we have to get out in the morning. They spoke to the owner in the middle of the night as he was on duty, he refused to refund the money for 3 unspent nights. The owners hide behind being nice with sweet talks just to rob paying customers. They are not at all interested in providing the comfort and service for which thay charge which we paid over 100 US dollars per night. This not a hotel but 3rd class hostel. Till now I have traveled 78 countries and this is the Worst I have ever seen. There are many hotels in Tiberias with much better facilities and comfort for the money.

Reviewed By goranyovanovichIn our trip to north we looked for place for one night just to sleep and to continue trip in the morning. It was under Corona time conditions but still place has potential and hope it will be ready in post corona time. In booking.com price was with breakfest but actually due to corona was no breakfest and no changes in room price(??) There were few "cute" bugs walking in room toilet. Great location but 150€ is too much. Dont take room on lowest floors, you will see only inside the building yard. Place is renewed and nice in the eye but Anyway place is more hostel than hotel. Served our purpose.

Ripped off - still waiting for refund for 3 months

Called the property a few minutes later asking if we would be allowed to bring our dog with us. Was told by the front desk we were not and agreed to cancel the reservation for a full refund. I cancelled the reservation through booking.com at 18:02... 30 minute after booking. Was only refunded one night. Since then, I called the property asking to have this one night refunded, like we agreed, but they refused. I also called booking.com multiple times and am consistently being told they cannot process the refund until the property authorizes it. My point is that if the property management does shady business like that, you should avoid staying there.

Reviewed By matahari0000I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as part of a tour. It is nice little hotel not so fancy but it does good job and has nice patio. My room was small but clean and very ok. Despite that i was on first floor there was no noises from the street ect. Good quality food for breakfasts and dinners, great hummus. The hotel has nice kinaret view and it is in quite location.I enjoyed my stay!

Absolutely abysmal!
Reviewed By Jonathan NArrived here in the evening of the 29/3/18. There was nobody here to check us in, so we had to use our own phone to call a number. Rooms were a disgrace. No not water at all! Not even in the hot tub! Had to ask for toilet roll. When the problems were highlighted, staff told me they didn't speak English (in english!) Booked through booking.com and surprisingly enough, the hotel does not appear there anymore! Not even hostel standard. Avoid!

Disgusting place.
Reviewed By ancasabaWe rented 2 suites for 4 nights directly from the property website. The contact person was very nice, but the nightmare began when we got there. The apartments are old, filthy, musty and rusty. No nightstands in one of the bedrooms, the kitchen had one plate, 2 forks and 2 dirty mugs. The curtains where disgustingly dirty and the bathroom was full of mould and rust. The corridors where dirty and the parking full of garbage. On the positive side, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Also an efficient guy solved the issues we have with the TV. We consider that for the money charged, the place should be maintained properly.
