Reviewed By Guide56235518223This is mainly a concert venue, loud music played till morning hours. You can clearly recognise the songs and the words in your room. It is not meant for sleeping. Guest house is wrong word, it is A guest nighmare. We payed for sleeping not for metallic music.

Such a lovely country house - a hidden gem!
Reviewed By hepulilaThis place is special! The owner couple have completely renovated each room to be unique. Lovely breakfast with fresh homemade buns is served on the beautiful veranda. Nice sauna too! We truly enjoyed our stay at Antero's and Riitta's place in July on Saaremaa, we will be back.

Our guesthouse is located in Mariental, suburb of Kuressaare. It is a 15-minute walk from the centre. The house has five rooms, a kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchen includes everything you need for cooking: dishes, stove, coffeemaker, kettle. You can rent the whole Kullerkupu Guesthouse or just one room. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Reviewed By Kate CThe guesthouse is well located about a 15 minute walk to the town centre. The rooms are cute and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with every kind of dish/cutlery you might need. The owner is very nice and helpful and helped us arrange to rent bikes from Bivarix for Saturday, even though they are closed on the weekends. We felt like the kitchen and bathrooms could have used a good scrubbing, but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we felt very comfortable.

Damp shed
Reviewed By hannetuuliaWhen we arrived we discovered that our room was not in a proper building. It was not a cottage either, it was like a shed that had been renovated. Room was damp and after sunset we had the company of several spiders. So beware of the "Suvemaja"! Our hostess was friendly and as she had no free proper rooms to offer at that time, she arranged for us another accommodation after one night and returned the money for following nights.

Very good, but (obviously) far from the city center
Reviewed By Kristoffer_909090The guesthouse is situated on the second floor of the airport terminal building. My room consisted of two beds, a desk and a TV. Toilets and showers are shared. Keep in mind that one row of rooms face the road and the sun all day, which in the summer heats up the room very much (this was the room I had). The other row faces the actual airport, which means (I assume) that you can watch the airplanes coming and going. Not that there were a whole lot of planes, in fact there was very little noise from both the road and the airport. The staff was very nice, and rooms and bathrooms were clean. The only negative aspect here is the location. It's quite a walk to the city centre, about 40 minutes, and even further to the bus terminal. There's supposed to be a bus going out there, but I didn't see it once during my stay. It won't let this affect the rating though, as it's quite obvious that an airport guesthouse isn't situated in the middle of town. Besides, walking isn't a problem in itself, there's a combined sidewalk/bicycle path all the way between the airport and the city, and during sunrise and sunset the scenery is quite beautiful (at least in summer).

Aamupala oli erittäin hyvä, leipää, hedelmiä, vihanneksia, jugurttia, vain puuro puuttui. Kuumana aikana en valitsisi tätä majoitusta, koska ilmastointia ei ole. Haluaisin myös pimennysverhot huoneeseen, jotta aamulla osaisi nukkua pidempään. Erittäin herttainen omistaja, joka puhui englantia.

It has spacious, bright rooms with balconies, a kitchen and a family room with interactive games for children. Here is a Silen silent box for meetings or delicate topics. Here is an automatic kiosk with Saaremaa drinks and meals. Here is electric scooters for rent and the green way of thinking as a whole. A hotel with exactly what you need. But there is no spa. 200 metres from city centre. 500 metres from sandy beach.

Reviewed By W291FRjulianbIn the city center, very good local breakfast, free parking, frindly staff. Windows has blind curtains in the room. Rooms are not soundproof and you hear sounds from the coridor, yard, neighbour rooms. No ventilation, so if you close window to avoid noises - you dont have any fresh air. BUT, for the price you are paing - this is all acceptavble.
