a comfortable stay
Reviewed By travelholic99We were there for two nights in December 2019. The hotel is in a convenient location, just next to the Imam Ali's Holy Shrine and a local market. The hotel was under renovation during our stay. Our rooms were new and spacious, clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable as well. A kettle and hair dryer were provided. Staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate . The hotel restaurant on the 11th floor offered nice views of the beautiful Imam Ali's Holy Shrine. We could feel the kindness & friendliness of Iraqi people at the local market next to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Najaf.

Nice hotel in Baghdad
Reviewed By BenthexplorerI spent a few nights here in Feb 2020 and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was safe, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The bar was good too! The hotel claims to be a five star hotel and if you judge it based on western standards you will be a bit disappointed.

Reviewed By RozafaI really enjoyed my stay there, absolutely fabulous staff from the receptionists, till the waiters and chamber maids, exemplary. Basic but good breakfast and excellent cappuccino in the morning ended with a great roof top bar in the evening. Beautiful views with open roof, had my beer every night there for our 8 days stay. All staff masked and disinfectant and masks are available everywhere. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay from EVERY ASPECT
Reviewed By mixakickExceptional food exceptional welcoming our flight arrived at 6 am instead of 4 due to delay and their kind driver was waiting for us ! Food the buffet is also amazing and we loved it all the nights we stayed. We also rent a car from them and driven all around Iraq super service and seriously VERY VERY professionals ! The owner and his wife are “superstars” on their own way and we consider them to be the best hosts we had all around Iraq. The hotel and the car rental is a real value for money. Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast which is already high standard but as they say sky is the limit !

The airport is few minutes away and Sarchnar park is few minutes away also. The services is great and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness is a mark in every corner of the hotel.
