Shockingly bad
Reviewed By ajitsarsI’m currently sat in a freezing cold room with three small children late at night. The “24 hour customer support” has told me she can’t help me until tomorrow and can’t reach help until after the weekend. Do not stay. Terrible service and zero ability to fix issues if they go wrong. Also incredibly rude. I’m shocked and horrified and will be moving to a REAL hotel in the morning. Shame on me for trying to support a new business model.

Clean B&B with a very friendly hostess
Reviewed By Christiaan RIt was mentioned as a 'table de haut' but they only served breakfast. It was a very old house but nice renovated and clean. We stayed in the room 'Acient Lyon', a large room with a view on the river Sayone. A nice and clean bathroom with shower and toilet. The bed was very comfortable with a hard matras. Good for me. I slept very well. The breakfast was very poor. Just a croissant and bread. No cheese or cheese meat to go with. Coffee or tea and orange juice to drink. For me it was much to little. Not so many choices.

The property is located in wonderful spot, it has a beautiful mature garden and the building is beautiful as well. Karen was very attentive and welcoming and being a gifted chocolatier, provided me with samples of her work. WOW! She makes great chocolate!!!. The room was great, clean and well decorated with all the amenities that I needed. The breakfast was great as well (hot chocolate was great). Overall, highly recommended

My lovely French holidays
Reviewed By Evgeniya SIt was my first experience with a guest house and it was an amazing experience! There was a very peaceful place among the forest on the top of a little mountain. You can find a fascinating view of the city from there, sunrise in the morning and nightlights at night. Always beautiful! The hospitality was at the highest level! French breakfast with delicious croissants! And I recommend ordering coffee which will be made in a very special way! The owners are flexible for your lifestyle and you will find yourself very comfortable there. It is the best way to discover French culture and local sightseeing. They will recommend you the most interesting place to visit. The rooms are clean and cosy with the original design. I so loved to stay there. Thank you so much!

Reviewed By Nadine GNous avons séjourné 4 nuits et avons dormi comme des bébés ! La literie, la propreté, l'insonorisation des chambres et leur déco très reposante, tout est parfait. Et que dire de Philippe et de son incroyable petit déjeuné avec ses yaourts, sa mousse au chocolat et ses confitures, le tout fait maison. Il vous reçoit avec tant de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Nous avions un peu d'appréhension quant au fait de devoir partager les sanitaires communs. Mais finalement tout c est très bien passé. Enfin,concernant la situation géographique, vous êtes idéalement situés à 5 min en voiture du périphérique, 5 min a pieds des premiers arrêt de bus et 10 à 15 min du Tram et du Métro et en plus, vous avez une place de parking sécurisée ce qui est fort appréciable pour les séjours comme le nôtre ou vous arrivez avec votre voiture. Vraiment je recommande et je remercie encore Philippe pour son accueil.
