Located next to the picturesque lake of Ioannina, and 900 m from the city center, Akti Hotel Ioannina boasts rooms with wonderful lake view and modern facilities including free Wi-Fi. Rooms are spacious and feature individually controlled heating and air conditioning. A plasma TV, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer and spacious balcony with lake view are available. The hotel also features pet-friendly rooms. Guests can start their day with a buffet breakfast, while drinks and coffee can also be enjoyed at the on-site bar. Akti Hotel Ioannina can serve as a great base from which to explore the nearby castle, museums, as well as the traditional villages Zagorohoria. Free parking is provided on site.

Reviewed By Engineer9199We regularly stay in Ioannina and try different hotels, this was our first time at the Atki. The good - great location, 10 minute stroll along the lake into town. Only 10 rooms, we like smaller hotels. Spotlessly clean with staff cleaning all the time we were there. On site parking. Lovely big room, big towels, nice decor. The bad - breakfast was a bit strange. We were the only guests at the time having breakfast. Lady on reception acknowledged us and we sat down and waited.. and waited. The coffee machine was hissing and spitting and making an awful loud noise but no coffee was pouring through. There were tea bags but no hot water. The lady came in and put fresh croissants out on the buffet, played with her long curly hair and then walked back to reception without asking us anything. We had to say “excuse me could we have a coffee please” and she looked surprised. She had to go behind the bar to make a tea and a coffee for us then headed back to reception. (Maybe the waitress was sick and she didn’t want to be there?) Breakfast was the usual carbs but the meat and cheese were under the same tureen and only one set of serving tongs so as a vegetarian I couldn’t have any cheese as it was contaminated by the ham. The toaster was old and rusty and I didn’t want to use it so I just had bread and a croissant. We didn’t eat much, no soya milk, no drink facilities, no hot food, just pastries which the next couple piled on their plates and proceeded to eat with their hands! The ugly - the bathroom was dreadful! The shower door had obviously broken at some point and a crude rail had been hammered up with a rather grubby shower curtain attached. The toilet when flushed sounded like an aircraft was landing, even the tap was noisy. This hotel could be fantastic but needs some TLC. Considering the new boutique hotels springing up in Ioannina for similar prices this hotel seriously needs to buck its ideas up.

Reviewed By gazelle99UkFabulous hotel with great pool. We had a loft room which was great for the kids. Beds were super comfy. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - recommendation for the dolphin trip and best places to visit in Preveza. We didn’t have a car but just a quick taxi ride into town.

Everything was PERFECT Excellent location, in the heart of Ioannina, you cannot do better ! Located in a paved traditional street, very quite, parking around very easy to find. The hotel is sooooo beautiful, old house fully renovated very modern inside, love the design. We stayed only 1 night (too short I know haha) in a superior room with patio view, very comfortable, spacious, all we needed ! Bed so comfy, bathroom amazing all excellent! The breakfast.... 8 euro is too cheap !!! The breakfast was amazing !!! Homemade cake, dakos, tiro pita, eggs, pancakes, fruit salad, greek yogourt, bread, fresh juice, tea, coffee, ham/cheese, vegetables ! everything we could have ! I was really sad to leave. I am sure I will be back in this city especially to stay again in this hotel ! I don't know what to add more..... just really a big thank you and of course you can book without any hesitation ! :)

Reviewed By Sandra BIt was our second time to Filakas Hotel and everything was still as good.We requested the same room as before so when we arrived we felf as if never been away.The view from our balcony is great looking over to the harbour and Sivota .No problem with covid as everything was spotless.The breakfast is your usual Greek breakfast ,plenty to choose from.We hope to return very soon.

The place is extremely clean, private parking, quite area although on the main road, with customer approach owners, suitable for families and couples with small children and a big value for money! Brothers Stefanos and Jason including their parents are more than friendly and excellent hosts. Worth visiting is their restaurant “Ravioli” in the center of Parga where you will taste probably one of the best pizzas and past. Personally, the risotto is more than tasty :-) Anyone visiting will not regret, but would like to visit them again!

Our hotel is located at the town center, in a short walking distance from the local beach and the seafront with all the lively bars and restaurants. You will find beautifully decorated rooms with stunning views to the sea and the Venetian Castle or the nearby olive grove. Reviewed By MariaG14292Since 1996 we have been visited several times Parga and we always stayed at San Nectarios hotel.We became friends with the owners and only good comments we have .The location is great and there are some rooms with view to the port and the castlle,it is very clean, the owners are so friendly and indeed they are always at disposal for their guests.There is a free parking spoto on the road side which is very easy specially when you have to carry your laugages.The breakfast area is so qute as their breakfast too!!!Again next time qhen we visit Parga we ll definitely stay at San Nectarios!

I have the privilege to travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. This takes 5 stars easily! Warm people with smiling faces, luxurious room, with new furniture, clean with free parking and very close to the beautiful city of Ioannina. Highly recommend it!

Reviewed By tapakkas77Its Kale means inner castle or citadel or acropolis. This beautifull boutique hotel is exactly these things. It is located inside the midieval walls of Ioannina town and is right outside the main gate of the inner citadel or acropolis. The hotel is cozy like being at home and the staff gives you a family-like feeling. Though small its very confortable. It has EXCELLENT location as you can go ANYWHERE with only a few minutes walking. We will definately visit it again and remember it with warmth in our hearts.
