I stayed there 4 nights & I liked the way they have treated me like I was in my own house.I didn't feel that I was in a hotel I felt so homely environment there.Especially I liked Mr. Tassin Ahmed front office incharge he was so humble with me during my stay & given his best service to make me feel good I would like to give him thanks again & again.

Reviewed By BNkgpI stayed here for a night, along with three other colleagues. We reached quite late at night. The staff was very helpful and warm. They actually took an elaborate order for dinner and cooked everything from scratch. So the wait at the restaurant (which had been kept open for us) was longish, but the food was worth it. The rooms are very clean, nice and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good too. Definitely recommendable.

Worst front desk service ever, nothing good.

But front desk supervisor or manager not sure about the title who was that man with bald head at the front desk were extremely rude. And in every towels we found hair. Unreal ! Washroom was slippery, what wasn’t clean either. It was a unpleasant stay. We would never going to stay back in your hotel.

Food is really good
Reviewed By abwrath1985I only used the rooftop restaurant for a rather large gathering of friends. Service is excellent, the food quality was truly high quality. But we asked them to make sure they bought some fresh ingredients and the Chef prepared a Chinese menu fried rice, and a number of other popular dishes and it was really yummy indeed. I did get to see the rooms in this hotel and they seem very clean. The location is also not bad at all, people can easily go for a stroll and since its not on a main road, its probably not so noisy at night. Recommended!

Reviewed By TJK786Excellent central location. Staff are lovely and always there to help. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was lovely, vegetable with roti, fruit, juice, tea or a choice of continental breakfast. We stayed as a family in a two bedroom apartment. Safe and secure. We left all our cash and belongings at the apartment when we went out without any problems. We also had our luggage kept in a luggage room after checkout as we visited the city. We came back to collect the luggage, we were offered tea on the house. The staff go out of their way and I will definitely stay here again in future. Definitely recommend. Only negative comment is that there were ants in the room but that was resolved straight away by the staff by spraying aerosol. It is Bangladesh and you will find ants wherever you go so don’t be put off.
