Reviewed By FilAmfighter1I stayed for several nights in the hotel staff was good, the breakfast was good. Place was quite and the room was comfortable. I learned that you have to ask during the day for the AC controllers from the front desk as they have them locked up in the office.

Good Hotel but without proper beach access
Reviewed By 990MatthieuLThe hotel is located near the coast so you shall have a good view. Rooms are very spacious, quiet new, and the bed is huge. A restaurant will be open on the second floor, the breakfast is served in room so far. Bathroom has its toiletries.

Имеется две террасы, где можно посидеть вечером, так же зал, где можно поиграть в настольные игры. Общая кухня оснащена всем самым необходимым и даже больше (плита, холодильник, чайник, микроволновка), есть вся необходима посуда! В отеле есть стиральная машинка, где можно постирать вещи. Отдельное спасибо самому приветливому и дружелюбному Гасану!!!! Он все рассказал, все подсказал, благодаря его гостеприимности все гости отеля чувствуют себя как дома! Были в гостях уже не один раз и вернемся снова. Спасибо за все наш дорогой друг :-)

Reviewed By Jane EI stayed just 1 night at the Scarlet Sails and perhaps my review is a bit skewed by ending up with what was probably the best room in the hotel. It was huge with separate bed area, dining/sofa area and another sofa area that gazed out to sea. The dining table sat 4 and there was even a china cabinet containing place settings for 4. Unfortunately, it was on the 3rd floor and the lift conked out just before the room was ready for check in. My nice tour guide dragged my bag up the multiple flights of stairs but he shouldn't have had to do so. On the somewhat strange side there was no top sheet for the bed but there was an enormous towel that seemed to be intended as a replacement. The A/C was poorly functional which was something of an issue in the morning when the sunlight poured in through the large front windows. The curtains were very skimpy and didn't come close to covering either the front or the side windows and there was full daylight at 4.15AM during my mid-summer stay. There was no desk but the dining table was a adequate substitute. As far as I could ascertain there was only 1 power point for the whole suite located close to floor level near the table. I used it for the kettle and for charging my laptop, phone and camera. There was a good size, empty bar fridge. The wifi worked well and the room was very quiet. I had dinner in the restaurant where the service was terrible. Others arriving after me and my friends were served ahead of us and even simple things like ice cream dessert took ages to arrive. It was so bad that we went elsewhere for breakfast to avoid the delayed departure that was thought likely to occur had we eaten in the hotel. The Scarlet Sails is located right on the beach with a lovely sea view from front rooms. I would consider staying agin with the guarantee of a beach front facing room but I would always eat outside the hotel.

Incredibly dumb elevator usage protocol
Reviewed By adgs sOur group of 12 was blocked from using the elevator to get up to our fifth floor rooms unless we agreed to follow the guidance of the reception staff : elevator could only be used by more than one person if all persons in the elevator were going to the same floor. She strictly controlled the situation saying it was "hotel policy". That's no policy, that's lunacy. Although she was young she behaved in the most archaic, Soviet-nik manner and single-handedly got our stay there off to a horendous start.

Reviewed By msniborИз плюсов только удачное расположение, не понравился жуткий запах канализации в номере, отсутствие одноразовых геля и шампуня, поношенные сланцы вместо одноразовых тапочек, отсутствие парковки. Ужин принесли в номер,но он также совсем не впечатлил.
