Reviewed By arzklhThe best reason to stay here is the beach: You just walk down the steps and get access to the beach, better at low tide 'cause of the rocks... The rooms bungalow style are simple a bit small specially if you're a couple but it's ok. Breakfast could be better. I've been there during the week and i think it can be busy on week ends like everywhere on the coast in Brazil.

Reviewed By arzklhIt' s really overprice : 180 reals and there is not even a fridge. And most of all they say it's by the sea but it's not : it's not far but you have to cross the street and then some kind of bar with a garden on a cliff over the sea. I have been there by mistake : with booking impossible to cancel even few minutes after you realise you've done a mistake, so i went there after pousada enseada do sol which is really by the sea with rooms with fridge for few reals less: 170 So this is definitely not the best option even if the guy at the lobby can be helpful.

Reviewed By fubargeWi-fi is good in lounge area but not in rooms. No hot water in first room. Staff was excellent with getting us a new room. Food at dinner was not good and wait time was excessive. Hotel location is excellent with new city boardwalk area just below hotel. Some TLC and this place would be great, but not now. Rating is a three minus but better than a two.

Reviewed By AbmindprofBCNThis is a wonderful place to stay. It's near an often deserted beach, and a long walk from some of the more famous ones. Cristina, the Italian-Brazilian, owner has great aesthetic sense. She also an amazing cook (but expect Italian, not Brazilian food), and a good sense for staff. The rooms are arranged around a pool, each with a hammock at the door. Warning are not much English is spoken and as pet peeve, I wish there were screens on the windows, but that's not common in Brazil. Still, those problems pale compared to the setting and the charm. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By Marta MGreat Pousada with very nice owners. The room was big and well equipped. Bathroom extremely clean. We were the only guests in the pousada (low season) and the owners had the whole place immaculate. Also provided us with a succulent dinner at a very good price. Will come back.
