Wonderful B & B in Yanque Peru
Reviewed By Getaway823827I spent 2 nights at Miskiwasi B & B in December 2021. Everything was wonderful. I hightly recommend this place. The room is comfortable and the food is fantastic. Elar is very helpful with any plans, including hiking and biking in the area.

Hotel is walking distance from the markets and from some areas where you can go on short hikes/walks(which is really all there is to do in the town itself). Has a nice living room and dining room including pool and comfy couches to hang out on. Breakfast was good and warm and plentiful. Highly recommended this hotel in Chivay Arequipa.

Nativa Hotel offers a confortable stayment in Chivay, 1,1km from Colca canon, we also offer free Wifi in all bedrooms.We also have a restaurant with free breakfast. Some bedrooms have mountain view.The rooms also include private bathdroom and shower with temperate water.Also our bedrooms have a TV. And we also provide laundry services for a small extra. The Hotel provides a room with chimney and a reception open 24 hours.

Reviewed By DaisyCloverWe chose a mid-range hotel on a two day tour from Arequipa to Puno with Class Tours of Arequipa. This was a decent 3 star hotel. It was walking distance from the centre of the small, cute town of Chivay. Our rooms were bright, clean and reasonably spacious. A small heater was provided. The bed was comfortable with plenty of bedding. The bathroom was not convenient with nowhere to put toiletries but there was hot water, although it was necessary to waste 3 minutes of water before it arrived. The lady in charge had limited English but was helpful. The included breakfast was fruit salad with scrambled eggs, bread, butter, jam and coffee. Coca tea was free in the lobby.

Misleading
Reviewed By Louis BWe booked on Expedia, the facility was not at all what was presented online. The photos were very deceiving. There was a muddy wet culvert at the front door that you had to get over. The hotel did not have our reservation when we tried to check-in. We were told the rate was much less than what we had booked online. We were unable to find a wifi signal. The stairwell was dark and reeked of something like paint thinner. The "balcony" was rusty with chipped concrete, there is no way we would have set foot on it. An odd extra kitchen sink was in a side room. We went in search of (and found) an alternative in town.

Very good place with a warm welcome
Reviewed By SarahboerWe had a really warm welcome at this place. Manfred picked us up by car when we arrived by bus in Cobanaconde and made food for us. He was very kind. He helped us with the tour to Colca Canyon, which we did with Sebastian (a very helpful and nice tourguide). Also nice rooms with a good and hot shower. We really recommend this place.

Reviewed By daniel_danni_danCamera e bagno pulitissimi. Letto molto comodo. A disposizione è data una stufetta, in caso facesse freddo di notte. Anche la colazione è piuttosto copiosa e il personale è molto flessibile con gli orari. Purtroppo però ho avuto dei problemi con il pagamento mediante carta di credito (accettata ovunque in Perù, tranne qui evidentemente). Inoltre, il wi-fi funziona pochissimo. Nel complesso però è sicuramente una validissima alternativa a Chivay.

Reviewed By Laura REs un hotel pequeño pero cómodo para pasar la noche en Chivay antes de enrumbar al Colca. La atención es muy básica, no hay botones y su desayuno muy básico. Lo bueno es que colocan tres frazadas gruesas para el frio de Chivay que llegó una noche a 1°C.
